First time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe out of my home state, I've got to say…read more... I've never felt more disappointed in a chain I'm accustomed to loving and having 0 issues with. The service was horrendous. The staff clueless, my order (which I placed 5 hours in advanced for pickup), just so happened to have disappeared while I was there waiting for at the pickup booth. I was given attitude and 0 customer service credit or sympathies. Not a clean smelling location. Please avoid this spot and hire new staff that care about thier jobs.
