The Purse Ladies are EXCEPTIONAL! I started shopping TPL years ago, but have really ramped up within the past year and a half; I've found that their bags are "honestly reviewed ", (no surprises when an item is received-this has happened TOO many times to me from other boutiques!) TPL are priced fairly, totally authenticated, shipped beautifully, (similar the "in store designer experience") and they are awesome communicators! The level of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is unlike any other designer resale boutique I've encountered (and I shop ALOT!) I'm a HUGE fan of their "Wednesday IG New Arrivals" lives and I always know that if I make a purchase, I can trust that TPL have taken the proper time to disclose any and all important information about the pieces they sell; I appreciate their integrity!! read more

My sister Audrey Klein bought a Chanel bag; they failed to identify a rip and when Audrey realized it, she called them immediately. They refuse to refund her. Not only were they remiss and negligent in not being honest; their customer service is horrendous read more

To all who have been considering shopping here, as well as those who have shopped here. Please beware . Horrible customer service, they only care about their profit and not customer satisfaction. I bought damaged goods and they treated me horrible. I'll never go back . They took zero responsibility . Their loss ! read more

Saw a purse on IG and inquired about it thru messenger. It was after hours but they responded promptly with positive news that it was still available. I went in on the following morning to see the purse and it was in EXCELLENT condition. The girls/women working there are very nice. I'd def do business with them again if I see another bag for a great price like this one and in excellent condition. They also guarantee authenticity for a lifetime. read more

Don't bother. I'd love to give them half a star. I went hoping to sell a high-quality wallet that was in pristine condition. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Im not even convinced they showed the "buyer" my wallet before making a ridiculously low offer. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me rather than giving a fair evaluation of the item's worth. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I certainly won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. If you're looking to sell items and expect a fair deal, look elsewhere. A hidden gem! Amazing bags and the customer service was warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

They are okay. I guess I should've brought in a purse to consign because I brought shoes that are pristine and they offered me $100 while they're selling shoes for $800 with the bottom of the shoes extremely worn. A lot of the items in the store are worn and I understand it's consignment but for the price it's a little unreasonable. read more

I sold them this purse for $475 and they are selling it for $500 more than what they paid me. They are selling it for $975. I've lost all respect for this business and won't ever buy or sell my bags or jewelry to them ever again. It's really disappointing. I get they have to make money trust me I'm in sales, but wow don't rip people off. I was going to trade my Chloé in that I bought from you guys to get the an LV empriente leather artsy maroon color and I'm glad I didn't. I would've just sold it on eBay and got more than $475 for it. This isn't what I expect from a small business. Mind you I paid $800 originally for this bag. Hopefully this helps someone that's looking to sell to them. read more

Very nice inventory of designer bags, belts and shoes. Very friendly personnel always there to assist. I bought many items from this store.

Hi everyone. Pros and cons.... The pros- it's pretty in there and they give u cookies and used to make coffee drinks. The ladies are generally very nice and forthright. Something happened when the owners changed though.... I was sold a fake Gucci Marmont Bag in February. (At that sale I bought three bags) I also brought my genuine LV Neverfill Bag in for an appraisal.... The values offered to me were less than they were before and less than on ReBag and other companies. (I was being offered between $900-1100)... towards the end of the business day, the girls were trying to put together the deal and somehow my LV got traded into the deal with the fake handbag.... I didn't need the money for the other bags but I left with the trade offer at $645, which I knew was nuts.... I called a little later on and said I wanted my bag back and was told it was too late. I also said what I was offered was like Highway robbery and must have been a mistake. I also suspected the Gucci bag to be a sophisticated knock off... I was told about the guarantee and spoke to a few lovely people in the company who said they would run entropy on the bags to make me feel better about the authenticity. I was also told that they knew about a vendor who did sell them a few fake Gucci Marmonts. All of this and I said I really felt I should be reimbursed back for the genuine LV I gave into as a trade and which was undervalued by a lot. Although these are two different transactions they were lumped into one... I was offered the money back for the fake Marmont after Entropy confirmed that it was fake... plus I was offered $200 for the time and effort... I tried to be nice and give them an opportunity to replace the genuine bag that I lost in the deal that was potentially fraudulent: I wanted to just write it off as human error and give them the opportunity to correct the mistake... suddenly I was met with a bit of attitude and I did not feel good about that. I was offered 20 percent off of a future purchase... But that meant I would be putting more money into the company and they already owed me From The Neverfill swap debacle: so I asked some other professional's and we said we would handle it through the media... mistakes happen and human error is inevitable/:: how you treat a customer and handle such faux pas is what makes a business stay in business in good standing for forever... I was trying to reach the new owner to tell her this but have not been able to reach her so far. I still think this is a pretty fun business to walk though but I'd be cautious when buying anything in the second hand market without and Entropy backing up its authenticity. It's not the girls' fault. But how it was handled, leaves a little to be desired. read more

Had the best return experience I've ever had with an online order! The item was in excellent condition upon arrival, I just felt that the measurements listed were slightly off so the sweatshirt ended up being too short for me. I would definitely order from them again despite this item not working out for me! read more

Purchasing my first LV was equally exciting and scary! It was my most expensive purchase for a bag thus far. But the staff st Purse Ladies held my hand the entire time. The store was busy but they always made me feel like a priority. From offering hand-crafted beverages and cookies to searching for bags from the back that fit my preference and providing details and facts about the bag and brand! They went above and beyond to make my experience memorable and amazing! I highly recommend the Purse Ladies. PS Their prayer box is a nice personal touch. It shows that they really care about their customers. read more

I am now officially obsessed with The Purse Ladies. My friend told me about the shop while we were at lunch and we decided to go right over. First of all the store is beautiful and classy. They have a great selection of high fashion purses, shoes, clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Immediately when I walked in, I saw several things that I fell in love with. The quality of the resale items is stellar. Clearly, they do not accept anything, that is not in the best condition. I went home with a beautiful fringed Versace that still had the Versace information tag inside. I also scored a brand new and I mean literally brand new vintage Gucci Tian bag. There was not a single scratch anywhere on the hardware and the inside was mint condition Plus they they had a Valentine special as well so I got $175 off my purchases which was amazing! My friend got a beautiful Tim Ford bag-also brand new looking and a Gucci wallet that still had the tags in it. I am planning on becoming a regular and have been checking their Instagram and website daily to see new treasures coming in. If you want a high-end bag but not the high-end price this is the place to go for sure! read more

They are so nice and helpful in here. I was very indecisive and they were patient and didn't rush me. They have a great inventory and provide a great shopping experience! I had to be a frustrating customer because I looked and looked and couldn't decide, and then ultimately didn't buy because I couldn't decide, but they were still so nice. I will definitely go back! They even went above and beyond and checked next door to see if they would put feet on a bad I liked. My only complaint would be that they did not have a restroom for their customers. High end bags = high end customers used to having access to a nice restroom. But otherwise highly recommend. read more

horrific highly unprofessional place , do not waste your time . the women are highly insecure, they get angry of other women that own expensive items and then become passive aggressive by imposing on clients time and making low offers the owners lose $ because they can't see the lies and manipulation sad state of affairs , lower class behavior ...so unprofessional Kelly read more

I was previously impressed with the purse ladies as I've bought a few items and sold a few items over the years, however, as of today, I will be boycotting this store and sharing my experience with others in the community. I came in to sell a cranberry PM Goyard tote with dust bag and receipt showing it was authentic, it had 1 small scuff but overall, pretty good condition. They advised they wouldn't be able to buy it and or sell it due to the small scuff on the handle. Never have I ever heard the most ridiculous feedback and I've noticed it's gotten progressively worse as I've visited the shop. The store is empty and some of the staff can be a bit rude in their delivery. I'll start taking my items to the Real Real as I've done in the past where I get solid value and seem to be more appreciated for selling them. They also tried to offer me a super ridiculous offer for a Chanel tote in pristine condition. basically trying to steal from me and I just got the bag sold on The Real Real for 3x the price! Thanks read more

Love the staff but lied about retail of bags. I just purchased a bag and they insisted retail was $1200 plus on it. It was great condition. I got home snd bag is currently IN stores for $950 retail and they sold to me for $900. Another bags purchased was totally off on retail too. As a old customer from previous location, I felt a bit scammed and not a good feeling. I'm a good loyal customer of small businesses and disappoint by this experience. I'm a business owner myself and saddened of this treatment. I'm read more

This a great little shop. Lots of amazing designer inventory and very friendly and knowledgable staff. The Purse Ladies understand customer service down to the research in the product, the complimentary coffee (which was AMAZING) and fresh chocolate chip cookies. Mostly bags, a few other accessories and shoes, but not consignment--they own the inventory. Swing by, find a little treasure, I had a tough decision, but going home with a current Farragamo that was nearly a steal! Mix of new, recent and a few vintage treasures. I left one or two behind that may call my name later! read more

Customer service is top notch. Extremely friendly. Items and selection is amazing. There trade in value is fair. I bought bags, belts and bracelets. I've tried other so-called designer handbag stores and nobody can beat the quality, the price and the knowledge of the ladies. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and offered a beverage, one of the best vanilla cappuccinos ever. I've purchased several pieces that I'll keep forever. I am so happy that I found this place and that it's down the street. I love TPL's . Everything is packaged with love. you can order online and pick up in the store or for people that are out of town they will ship it to you. They have an amazing selection, and a wish list if you're looking for something in particular. Thank you ladies! read more

I've had the opportunity to visit The Purse Ladies on multiple occasions and every single visit has been an AMAZING experience. Not only do they have a HUGE collection of high end designers but the girls are SUPER friendly and they are all genuinely caring about helping you find the right item, they are not just selling you a purse. They have all earned my respect and trust as a business and I highly recommend EVERYONE to check them out. It's hard to find businesses like them this day and age, its such a breath of fresh air to see ones that still stand for honesty, quality and great customer care. M.S. read more

Excellent customer service! I purchased a purse online earlier this week, and sent a message confirming the color. They not only answered my question within the day, but noted they carried the same product in the color I was looking for. Right then they offered to do a return/new purchase so I ended up with the color I was looking for. On top of that, within a few hours they have it ready to be shipped! Now if you're wondering about prices, they are definitely a great bargain! I actually found The Purse Ladies after failing to jump on a glitch markdown, and I'm glad it turned out this way because I was able to get the color I wanted (no longer sold by the brand) at pretty much the same as the glitch price. This was definitely the cherry on top of my Black Friday/Cyber Monday shopping!! read more

I love this store. My first ever visit here was to sell a Gucci wallet I had, and they offered me a very fair price for it. I was very happy with the extremely inviting environment of the store and all of the staff! They offered me and my friends free coffee and cookies which was really sweet and special. Their inventory is truly amazing! I couldn't believe how many cute things they had! And all at extremely fair prices. Usually designer consignment is overpriced in my opinion, but The Purse Ladies offers very fair prices for in good condition and beautiful pieces. Overall, I recommended this shop to anyone who is looking to consign their designer items, or who is looking to purchase gently used designer. The cute boutique style of the store is adorable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved my experience here. I will be back to purchase my own bag one day! read more

I purchased the LV Alize last month the smell was aweful thought I would air it out thinking that would help. come to find out it was infested in bedbugs. Love this place. They got a new store late last year and it just gorgeous and super comfy. They even offer coffee and cookies. I had a caramel frappe the other day and it was better than Starbucks . Oh my word, these girls and this shop will blow your mind!!!! If you are looking to sell older or used hand bags this is absolutely THE PLACE! I drove all the way from Hollywood and was not disappointed. They have such a fabulous selections from Chanel, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Tod's, Gucci, Chloe, Fendi, Prada, Longchamp and Marc Jacobs to name a few. The ladies who ran the shop were young, hip and so knowledgeable. To put it quite simply they are purse savants. They were naming the year, style, popularity and location of origin within minutes of examining the bags. Things I knew nothing about they were able to inform me on almost instantly. You can tell these girls clearly love what they do and were so passionate and straightforward. They also offered incredible prices for the bags I brought in as well as wonderful trade in prices. It was such a pleasurable experience I highly recommend it to everyone who loves bags and looking to sell, trade or upgrade!!!! read more

What a wonderful experience I had with Nicky at this lovely boutique. She was incredibly helpful, knew her products well, and brought things out for me to consider that hadn't quite made it on to the floor yet, as they had just arrived. She assessed very quickly what would appeal to me and I appreciated that. I left with Chanel, Tiffany & Co., David Yurman, Tory Birch, Ferragamo, and Jimmy Choo. They have a fabulous selection of authentic pieces and I could have stayed for hours....but my sweet husband was waiting:) I live 2 hours away but will definitely make this boutique one of my places to travel to for incredible pieces at "yes" prices. This place is a MUST go to if you love designer, investment pieces. read more

The women at the front were very friendly and it was very inviting environment. The only problem was the lowball rate that they gave me for my purse. I understand that this is a business where people are trying to make money but lowballing me is ridiculous. The woman straight up told me that they would resell for 625, but they offered me 325. That's ridiculous to me I understand making a little bit of a profit, But lowballing me $300 is a little ridiculous. My bag was in phenomenal condition and was only carried once, it's $1000 bag. I'm going to sell online I've got more offers online anyways. This seems like a nice place to buy a purse but not to sell so consider that for you go here. read more
