A few months ago, I had taken a very good watch into Jewels In Time to be fixed, and they did a great job. Today I had another problem which I felt was almost impossible to fix, so again I asked for help. My wife has a necklace that is a good one and that got "tangled up", where it couldn't be untangled by either of us. I asked David Cohen if someone could help me, and he then took the necklace, walked to another spot in the store and proceeded to spend the next 40 minutes "untangling "the fine thin gold, which also had magnets as a closure., making it so much harder to untangle, as they jumped to anything metal. I had an appointment a few doors away and it was close to my appointment time. Alan said, "go" " I'll bring the necklace to you when finished".
