Lately the facility regularly runs out of hot water, and when I raised the issue with the front desk in an effort to understand when it might be resolved, I was told, "There is nothing wrong with the hot water. We had two plumbers look at it, and both said the hot water was working." I was also told that the issue only occurs after the water aerobics class. I have been a member of this club for years, and hot water has never previously been a problem -- even after very well-attended water aerobics classes. Something has clearly changed. Perhaps the water temperature has been lowered or the system is no longer keeping up with demand. Regardless of the cause, the club is not meeting the needs of its members. Members should reasonably expect access to hot water at all times, regardless of class size. I hope this issue can be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

I think I tried to get people together, and I just wasn't committed enough... plans fell through. So I forgot about it... until a friend said she was celebrating her birthday and this was the activity. I jumped for joy in anticipation of the outing. Our group arrived with plenty of time... and once our time slot was up, they let us put our jackets and pocket contents in little cubbies. Dodgebow is literally dodgeball with arrows. The bows are so easy to draw, and the arrow tips are soft and foamy. Having been a dodgeball team captain recently, AND already enjoying basic archery, it was my time to shine. We had a couple of practice rounds hitting targets and getting a feel for the field. It had inflatable obstacles to hide behind, and there were targets on the opposite end where we could revive our teammates. It was such a fun time, and I'm either considering this location or the other one for my birthday. I cannot wait until the next time! Oh, by the way, the staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.

We started with practice and training - staff was clear and helpful with their directions. Then, the games begun! It seemed more like a tile floor with gym markings on it; not an actual hardwood floor. I specified which days my child could not practice& he was placed on a team practicing on one of those days. We were informed at the 1st practice that the coach (I am not blaming the coach as he is a volunteer; I am concerned about the whole program's disorganization) received the roster the day before or the day of the 1st practice. We were notified of the 1st practice date and time, the day before the first practice. My son WILL NOT ever play with this league. Again, I feel the practice space is UNSAFE& the whole program is UNORGANIZED! Proceed with caution! I'm happy that we paid part of the registration fee and not all of it !!!!
