For more than a year now, I am a regular at a number of classes and I love the pool. My guests always enjoy the treadmills and weight machines as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the instructors are all incredible. It's a pleasant, clean place with a non-judgy vibe. Truly all ages and workout levels. My only request for management would be to turn off so many cable news broadcasts over by the treadmills. Working out should feel like a healthy escape, so less political news (or none at all!) would help lower my blood pressure even more. :)

I think I tried to get people together, and I just wasn't committed enough... plans fell through. So I forgot about it... until a friend said she was celebrating her birthday and this was the activity. I jumped for joy in anticipation of the outing. Our group arrived with plenty of time... and once our time slot was up, they let us put our jackets and pocket contents in little cubbies. Dodgebow is literally dodgeball with arrows. The bows are so easy to draw, and the arrow tips are soft and foamy. Having been a dodgeball team captain recently, AND already enjoying basic archery, it was my time to shine. We had a couple of practice rounds hitting targets and getting a feel for the field. It had inflatable obstacles to hide behind, and there were targets on the opposite end where we could revive our teammates. It was such a fun time, and I'm either considering this location or the other one for my birthday. I cannot wait until the next time! Oh, by the way, the staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.

It seemed more like a tile floor with gym markings on it; not an actual hardwood floor. I specified which days my child could not practice& he was placed on a team practicing on one of those days. We were informed at the 1st practice that the coach (I am not blaming the coach as he is a volunteer; I am concerned about the whole program's disorganization) received the roster the day before or the day of the 1st practice. We were notified of the 1st practice date and time, the day before the first practice. My son WILL NOT ever play with this league. Again, I feel the practice space is UNSAFE& the whole program is UNORGANIZED! Proceed with caution! I'm happy that we paid part of the registration fee and not all of it !!!!

There's even a balcony to get an awesome overhead view of the courts. There are always great events and friendly faces each time you go.
