Stopped in for breakfast after a quick overnight trip in Cleburne. Wow! What a gem this restaurant is! The food was just enough unique to be fun but traditional enough to be tempting. We had the Egg's Nest and the breakfast burrito and purchased a bread pudding and a strawberry chocolate scone to go. The service was fabulous and personable and the vibe warm and friendly. Honestly, we felt like we had just finished breakfast with friends. The personal touch and love they put into everything ,from the warmest welcoming into their shack to the AMAZING FOOD which is homemade and sourced locally ! The pride and Quail-ity (quality ) they put into their food is above and beyond anything I have ever tasted. Had an awesome experience at The Quail Shack! Jordan was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, and Donna went above and beyond by helping carry all my food out to my car. Everyone there was genuinely kind and helpful, and it really made the visit feel special. And the food? It absolutely lived up to the service. Everything was amazing.
