Overall, these are smaller issues, but could stop new customers returning, or even booking since sitting on the sidelines due to the inconvenience imo.

She clearly emphasizes that it is her and only her who can execute this process effectively, making you dependent on her care. Then, she charges ridiculous fees ($500 per HOUR) and sets unbelieveable terms (no cancellation of meetings) to trap you. Should you try to pull away or cancel treatment, she is not afraid to put fears of relapse or failure in your head to try to keep you on a short leash and thickening her pockets.
