Would not recommend moving here. Last year the roof was closed the entire summer for maintenance. This year they supposedly got the roof power washed and then never returned the furniture to the roof even after 3 weeks and multiple calls to the leasing office. CAUTION with the Eden Hill Apartment building on W Crockett St! I've lived in Eden Hill within the Queen Anne Collection for 6 years. Few things that folks who are considering this apartment should know: 1. Every year, rent has increased $100 or more. There is no willingness to negotiate whatsoever. 2. Parking is $150/month. However, don't bother. The parking garage for Bartell's is not monitored and many residents just use the first level to park overnight, every night without hassle. 3. After 6 years of renting, due to the need to work from home, due to COVID, I needed to break my lease to find different living accommodations. The lease break charge is more than $7,000. I reached out to management to ask for special consideration and a reduction of this lease break charge. After more than a week, management informed me that ownership was unwilling to negotiate this fee. And, I'm being nickel and dimed for move-out costs on top of this! There is a $125 cleaning charge and $95 carpet cleaning charge. In this pandemic, the lack of consideration by management is disappointing. 4. Noise is terrible! I live next to a family with a crying baby and a screaming toddler. You can hear every time a door is closed, the elevator beep, neighbors talking on the phone, and TVs/music from other units - the walls are paper thin! Not a great working-from-home environment. Not a great place if you like restful sleep. BEWARE. Wonderful location but be forewarned about the above issues. read more

Update 8/16/22: Our missing cabinet doors were finally installed last week after 2 months of living here with very little follow up from management. The management team has not once tried having a conversation with us face to face to check in to see how things progressed and have never tried apologize for the situation. Great customer service really goes a long way, and simple communication could have helped avoid so much stress and frustration. Do not bother renting here, your issues or building issues will not be addressed. read more

I've lived at Queen Anne Collection for 2+ months and cannot wait to leave as soon as my lease expires. This is the reality vs what they advertise on their homepage: "Hardwood Flooring": Cheap hardwood material, you can hear every single foot step of your neighbors and their kids upstair and know exactly when they flush their toilet. "Courtyard", "Private Patios": Don't even think about inviting your friends to come over, or have your children play in patio or courtyard. Your neighbors will call the office to complain immediately. "Washer and Dryer in Home": I knew at least 3 families in my building who complained about mold in their washer and dryer when they first moved in, and it took the office 2-4 weeks to send someone to look into it or clean it (because they outsource cleaning to a 3rd party company). "Modern Cabinetry": a few doors will be missing for months. "Fitness Center": Except in the main building, all other "fitness center" is a small room in the parking level with no air condition. At least 1 of 4 equipments is broken at any point. "On-Site Storage", "Controlled Access Parking","Gated Access": Monthly breakin - guaranteed. "Community Grills": empty gas tank most of the time. "Concierge": Most of the staffs are new hires. No one last longer than a few months. Best of all, you will always get the same answer for any question: "I don't know", "I'm new here", "I will ask my manager later". "Premier Location" for homeless people: You will see them once in a while sleeping in your hallway, garage, or inside your car. Best of all, if you live in Sweetbrier, Seven Hills, Eden Hill, be prepared to walk to Towne building everyday to pick up your packages before they are STOLEN. The management doesn't care about stolen packages anymore, they simply ask everyone to contact Amazon/other retails to refund the packages even though they know that theft happened after the packages were delivered to their mailroom. All the photos in Google/Yelp/etc. look amazing. Do you know why? Everytime a resident post a bad review with photos, they management team will upload their photoshopped photos taken from years ago so that no one can see the real photos. Don't believe me? Just look at the timestamp of the photos ;-) BUT, you might think, how can it be so bad if they are charging a premium rent? Just google for "Greystar RealPage Rent Price-Fixing Scheme". See below for an example: SEATTLE -- Renters in downtown Seattle filed a class-action lawsuit accusing 10 major leasing companies of an agreement to artificially inflate the price of residential real estate in the area. The lawsuit alleges that those who currently rent or have rented an apartment maintained by one of the 10 companies since 2010 may have paid artificially inflated rent prices. The lawsuit states that defendants Greystar, Crow Holdings, Lincoln Property Co., FPI Management, Avenue5, Equity, Essex Property Trust, Thrive, Avalonbay Communities and Security Properties Inc colluded and shared data through RealPage, effectively inflating the prices of multifamily residential real estate in and around downtown Seattle above competitive levels. read more

My boyfriend lived in Seven Hills for a year and I have spent enough time here to feel that I can give a fair assessment. TLDR; While there are definitely some positives, the negatives outweighed them greatly. Positives 1. Location: Queen Anne is the closest you can get to living to the city without actually having to live there. It was close enough that I could walk to work and had a number of different bus lines right in front of the apartment if I chose to take public transportation that day. There is also a Trader Joe's and Safeway across the street as well as a Bartell Drugs on the first floor. Negatives 1. Noise: you will not have a moment of peace in this place. There were garbage trucks every morning, sometimes in the middle of the night. You could clearly hear conversations neighbors were having. At one point, I heard someone fart in their living room from my boyfriend's living room. One of the neighbors had a stereo system and while they were nice about moving it to a different part of the living room, this should not be that big of an issue in the first place if the walls weren't so thin. The upstairs neighbor had a large dog that would run around at all hours of the night. My bf's apartment faced the public pool and a school, so we would hear all kinds of people, all the time. There was no peace, ever. 2. No window in the bedroom: there is something about this that makes me feel like it should be illegal. There is no air circulation in the bedroom and as someone with a more sensitive system I rarely was able to sleep over and get through the whole night without feeling like I can't breathe. Eventually when I would sleep over we would sleep on the pull out couch in the living room. My boyfriend seemed to fare a little better but he had some problems with this as well. 3. Elevator: The elevator would routinely stop working in Seven Hills. It was so bad that my boyfriend avoided ever taking the elevator. It was also out for WEEKS at a time. There are a number of other smaller things that really bothered me about living here too but I feel like mentioning those would be petty at this point. It's not the worst place in the world, but definitely would never live here myself. read more

I lived at Seven Hills for about a year and loved it. The apartments are small (like most in Seattle) but I had a great setup on the west side of the building overlooking the park. (I note that because apartments facing QA Ave may be a different situation with road noise, YMMV) The management team was great, even though they probably hated how many packages I had delivered from Amazon. Isaiah, Renee and Nicholas - always friendly and helpful. I only had to deal with one maintenance request (for my washing machine sounding like a jet engine) but it was fixed the same day. The biggest selling point of these apartments is the location. 10 second walk to Trader Joes, Zeeks Pizza, a cupcake shop, barber shop, banks, etc. In the summer a great farmers market happens every Thursday evening and has all kinds of food, drinks and live music. My dog loved having parks nearby - and all the surrounding neighborhood streets are perfect for walks. The rooftop decks are fantastic if you like to grill or lay out. My only complaint was having one elevator in the building. It occasionally had issues and hiking from P2 to the 4th floor was rough (especially in motorcycle gear). Management always had it fixed quickly, but days when it was out of service... you'd feel the pain of living close to a cupcake shop and pizza restaurant :) Overall, I loved this place. This review is for TOWNE. We were some of the first residents to move in. As such, we understood there would be some kinks to work out, but over 4.5 months later, things still haven't been figured out. Pros: Location is nice. Cons: We had to go to the office multiple times to sign documents they forgot to have us sign. Then they couldn't figure out how much our rent was. While things look new, under the surface they are poor quality. The craftsmanship is really lacking. Handles on cabinets aren't on straight, cabinet doors fall of their hinges. Dishwasher wasn't turned on so we ran it dry the first time. Light switches are at different heights in every room. Fan in the bathroom randomly decides to work or not. Dishwasher is tiny, and in a location where you can't open cupboards next to it. Appliances are the cheapest models you could find. Doors in the bathroom slam into each other. We have a unit which faces the courtyard and alley. You get woken up every morning at 6am when the delivery trucks arrive for the retail stores. Anytime people are in the courtyard blasting music you can hear that as well. The elevators. This is the biggest sh*tshow I've ever seen. Rarely do both elevators work (nevermind how inconvenient it is to have one elevator in a building that is a block long). For a week or so neither of them worked. Then they put up flyers promising to make it better. Well, as of today one of them has been down for over 10 days with no word on its return. But hey, they'll give you some free coffee during work hours to make up for it! The other Saturday, while only one elevator was working, we had to wait for 3 trips for it because the cleaning lady was in it with her entire cart, taking up 2/3rds of the space. Then, while we're riding in it, she continued dusting over my wife's head! Free dust showers! Hopefully, if you're looking to live here, you find this review and find a different place to live. read more

This review is for the new Apartments in the Queen Anne Apartment Collection called The TOWNE, at 1920 Queen Anne Avenue N. Seattle WA 98109 Do not rent here unless you enjoy taking the stairs. The building is very new but construction is shoddy. Many details that look nice on the surface are really poorly made and poorly designed upon closer review. As an example, the elevators in this building break down several times each week. This is a safety issue for the disabled and a great inconvenience for others. Imagine living on the 4th or 5th floor of a building with elevators that are out of service several times each week. Imagine trying to move in dragging your items up several flights of stairs. The stated reason that the elevators break down so often has to do do with a design defect that causes them to go out. The reported reason for them breaking so very often is that there are sensors that shut them down if they go too fast or slow or if they hit a railing while going up or down. The claim is that this has been caused by the new building settling after they installed the elevators. Whatever the reason, in a brand new building this should not be happening. In addition if your apartment windows face the alley in the back, this is a VERY LOUD place to live. The trucks and service vehicles beep and make noise from as early as 4 am. read more

I cannot speak to the quality of the Towne Apartment, as my wife and I decided not to move in. But, I will express dissatisfaction with the poor customer service associated with signing agreements. Complete lack of communication regarding day to day variations in rental unit pricing. Poor follow through on agreed upon questions or requests. The rental unit that was being proposed to us had a tremble caused by the Trader Joe's refrigeration unit. A "non-vibrating" unit that was being "held" for us was literally sold in front of our face to a couple who agreed to rent sight unseen. We share responsibility for this, as we didn't have money down to reserve it, although this was never requested of us. If the rental management process is reflective of the quality of life at the Towne, this would be a hard spot to spend 12+months of your life. read more

This review will be broken down into a few categories: Apartment, building, amenities (their busted Bbq's, gym, package service, and more), the staff and maintenance, and the neighborhood. The Apartment: It's a living space. Lol. It's not amazing, it's a rental. I'm kind of near the elevator so I sometimes hear the elevator chime. I would HATE to live right near the elevator because hearing three chimes (elevator arriving, door opening, button pressed) would drive me up the wall, especially on the 2nd floor with the package concierge, gym, and where the garbage goes. My bedroom has no window, so I'm essentially sleeping in a closet, with a decent bedroom closet. My living room has a huge floor-to-ceiling sliding door which is great. The living room and dining room is decent sized, laminate wood flooring. There is no air conditioning in the apartments, so you'll need to get a portable one. The kitchen is ok. Overall I like my apartment, even with what I said was lacking. Building: The building is kept clean. The cleaning crews come by, I believe once a week, and take care of the building. The building is relatively new. They're pet friendly, but I think there may be some breed restrictions. Perhaps no saber-tooth tigers as cats, and pit-bulls for dogs, but double check that last. Amenities: BBQ (updated 06/07/18 the burner now lights, but is still cold up front) - I'm starting with the BBQ or more appropriately, the lack of a fully working bbq. There are two, one on the 3rd floor lounge area, and one on the roof. The condition of the 3rd floor bbq is offensive, it barely works. I've had to contact the building 3 times, the last to finally document it by email, regarding the state of the bbq. I've had numerous grease fires because of their lack of cleaning. They finally cleaned it, but that was over a month ago, and grease is built up again. The burner on the left, one of 4, doesn't work, that's 25% of the bbq non-functional. Also, the flames are only towards the back of the bbq, the front of the bbq doesnt work, and is cold. I've told them, in person and multiple emails, but they haven't done anything, so they seem to not care. Also, the temperature gauge doesn't work. They have a BBQ on the rooftop, which has an amazingly beautiful view. You really have to see it!! That BBQ seems to work just ok, but it also needs to be cleaned. If a major selling point to the apartments is a functional BBQ, I would have to tell you to look elsewhere. Gym: For an apartment gym, it's decent. Eliptical, a couple treadmills, bike, tv's, dumbbells (up to 35 or 40lbs), knockoff TRX bands, punching bag, cable crossover machine, bench, and one of those large balls. For cardio, it's good, you can also improvise to get a quick workout in. Of all the local gyms, I recommend Anytime Fitness, mainly because it has a/c. Package Concierge: when you get a delivery, it's usually locked up and waiting for you to pick up at any hour. A really nice feature. 3rd floor - The 3rd floor has a lounge/tv area which leads to a really nice outdoor space. Definitely a cool, chill place to hang out, chat while catching some not-sun, and to bbq on their crappy barely functioning BBQ. Trader Joes: This is an amenity because it's 15 steps away. Cannot stress enough how great this is. Wonderful!!!!!!!! The Staff: The guys and girls I've met that work for this apartment community seem to be really great. They're friendly, smart, and capable. We lost a really excellent leasing agent, Renee, who got promoted within the building management company, and now manages one of their other properties. The other agents are great, but the loss of her definitely left a void. Just like Brooks getting paroled in Shawshank! The maintenance guys are really good. They get the job done. If you have an issue with your apartment, tell the leasing agents, they fill out a form, and maintenance guys come. I like all the people who work there. Neighborhood: This makes nearly everything tolerable. Zeeks Pizza across the street, Safeway 1/2 block away, overpriced Bartlett Drugs across the street. The 3/4 bus route 1 block away, and 19 across the street. The neighborhood is awesome! Final thoughts: To me, the neighborhood and Trader Joes is the selling point. If it wasn't for the condition of the BBQ's (which because the staff is great, leads me to think it's a corporate decision to leave it the way it is), I'd give the apartments 4 stars. I'm ok with the apartment, because everything else makes it ok. For what I have, the price is ok. read more

I currently live in 7 Hills and there's not much to complain about. Of all the apartments I've lived in, this is definitely the nicest. The appliances are pretty new, the walls, floors and cabinets are in great shape - not surprising since the building is only a couple of years old. I was nervous about the overall soundproofing, but after 10 months I can say that hardly anything can be heard through those walls. The maintenance and cleaning staff is absolutely awesome. They're totally on top of it and just the nicest people you'll ever meet! We recently switched office staff. I haven't had much interaction with them, but every time I have it's been courteous and friendly. They've been very communicative on the resident portal, which I appreciate very much, and they're quick to respond to issues or resident concerns. They've slowly been adding amenities and updating other options for residents. Great neighbors! Mostly young professional types, but there are a number of families as well. I've had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've met. Occasionally you get the loud TV next to the open window, but it's so infrequent that I don't mind. Everyone should be able to let loose in their home! There's a new doggie wash center! Cannot express how awesome this is. I've had to unclog my drain several times because of the baths I gave my dog, but now that's a thing of the past! The apartments are admittedly small, but that's not unique to Queen Anne Collection. I think more than 600 sq ft is a luxury in this city. In all honesty, the only real downside is the traffic noise. Unless you face the west towards Magnolia, you get Queen Anne Ave N traffic, which is an unholy nightmare of city sounds when your windows are open. Trucks roll through at all hours, people and kids shout up and down the sidewalk like they're in a mall, power washers come in at 5:30 in the morning. There's no "quiet" time, which isn't always great in the summer with no A/C. Still, we do live in the city and it's to be expected! To offset the noise, you have the benefit of Safeway and Trader Joe's across the street and several major bus lines that stop in front of the building. I've enjoyed my time here and, barring an outrageous fee hike, I'll probably be renewing! Queen Anne is a beautiful place and these apartments are perfectly located in the center of it all. read more

My husband and I are thrilled to have moved in to the Towne Apartments. From the beginning the leasing office, specially Galya and Luna, were extremely helpful in helping us find an apartment that met our needs and fell within our price range. The apartment has a great layout, a lot of natural light, the kitchen has a lot of storage space, and the bedroom and bathroom are both very spacious. The closet space is also a big plus. The apartment building always feels very clean and there are no bad smells (despite being pet friendly), it has a GREAT location, and the common areas are exceptional. We just went grilling this Sunday to the rooftop and shared a nice moment with some neighbors we just met. The elevators function really well. We come from apartment buildings were elevators have been a real issue (I was once stuck inside an elevator). In Towne, they are always working well, and we are surprised by how fast they work. As for the maintenance staff, they have been super helpful and professional. Brandon and Tod have been very kind to help us with our needs. read more

Towne is overall positive but a very mixed bag. PROS + Fantastic location. Trader Joe's is your extended pantry. 2 parks within 3 blocks. 4 bus routes (4, 13, 3, 2) within blocks. Relatively quiet even though just a couple miles from the center of downtown Seattle. + Great neighbors, including lots of young families and lots of dogs. + Friendly veteran maintenance staff. + Friendly office staff. CONS - No air conditioning. Almost inexcusable in this new building with such expensive rent. Limited options for bring-your-own air conditioning, since many windows are side-sliders. We had a portable unit with a patio door frame custom built by Queen Anne Handyman, which was better than nothing. The bright and quiet south side of the building gets very hot. - Expensive rent. - Noise: we had a top-floor unit and lived in peace, but our downstairs neighbors complained to us more than once about the noise from my playing or tantrumming son and playing dog. - Office staff has completely changed over the course of our lease (although the replacements have been as helpful as those who left). read more

We moved into a gorgeous apartment in this building in April 2016 and had overall great experiences the first few months we were here -- great neighborhood, convenient to lots of places, and a helpful office staff. Unfortunately the office management changed as we began to experience problems with the community in our building. A dog on our hallway tried several times to go after our dog (while leashed) and we asked if residents could be asked to make sure their aggressive dogs were controlled. Nothing happened. On Halloween, that dog attempted to attack my 18 month old daughter. As our lease provides management the right the remove any dangerous dog, we promptly reported it and were sure that it would be taken care of. We received no response from our new community manager. It took another run in with that dog that week, several emails (including threatening to sue to get out of our lease if this situation persisted) and my husband personally visiting the office for the new manager to respond in any way. When he did, he talked over my husband and said that because the dog's owner insisted there were no issues with the dog, he refused to act. The only solution offered to us was to move from our apartment to one significantly smaller in the complex, which would not work for our family. The Community Manager issued absolutely no follow up with us even though he promised to find out when the dog was being walked and let us know so we could avoid it. He did not require any verification of the owner's insistence that the dog's behavior was acceptable, nor did he require the dog to wear a muzzle. Last week the dog attempted to attack me (five months pregnant) and my daughter again. I asked for the number of Greystar Management after having to place my body between the dog and my child and slam a door to escape it. I was furious and terrified and yet the Community Manager talked over me and finally, purposefully gave me a wrong and disconnected number when I requested the contact information for Greystar Management (for Greystar Management, I would still very much like to talk to you and can be contacted through Yelp). After speaking to my spouse on the phone, the Community Manager suggested that it was our family's responsibility to find others in the building who could verify that the dog was dangerous. Thankfully the first neighbor I asked had also had encounters with that dog and complained to the Community Manager, who finally agreed to remove it. He informed us that the dog would no longer be allowed on the premises. We asked to be kept informed of the situation and were told we would hear of any follow up or changes. Since then we have received no communication from the Community Manager. Tonight, the dog attempted to attack my husband in the hallway of our building. This situation is beyond the bounds of acceptability. I have been lied to be the Community Manager, am fearful to leave my apartment with my daughter and have never been treated so dismissively by someone employed in, what is essentially, customer service (notably, everyone else in the office is fantastic, easy to work with and helpful). I have never left a negative Yelp review and prefer to settle these issues privately but, since my Community Manager refuses to give me the correct contact information for my landlord (as required by local law), this is the only option I am left with. When we moved our relocation company for a large employer recommended this building and set up appointments to view apartments. Tomorrow, I will be contacting them to inform them of our experience and suggesting that they no longer recommend any Greystar building in Seattle to individuals moving here. I also plan on informing my parent communities that this is not a safe place for families with children. read more

This review is my honest experience living in a 1 bedroom in the 7 Hills building facing west (facing school & pool). I can't wait to move out of here once my lease is up. CONS OF LIVING HERE - Very Noisy - I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors are doing on both sides and above me. Walls are paper thin. At night when I am going to sleep in the bedroom I can hear full on conversations through the wall. Literally can hear them yawning at night. Same for upstairs neighbors. -Outside Noise- Apartments are made very cheaply and there is no noise reduction put in. I lived in a unit on the third floor and could hear the garbage truck seems like every morning. Its very LOUD and would sometimes come at 2 in the morning. Wonder if that is even legal. Other outside noises such as drilling, noises from the pool etc etc. Seems like there is never a quiet moment. -Management Staff- Management promised me a bonus for moving in here. Was told I would receive it in the mail. Fast forward to a few months later they seem to have completely forgotten about it and don't remember telling me about it. I honestly think the person who promised me forgot to process the paperwork and then tried to act like he never told me about it. -Recent Renovations (2019)- New flooring and paint was done beginning of 2019. New wall paint is horrible and ugly. Walls still have a chemical smell. - Other - Layout of apartment sucks, gets hot in the summer due to cheap insulation, busy neighborhood, expensive rent for what you are getting. PROS OF LIVING HERE -Free Street Parking -Close to Trader Joe's and Safeway SUMMARY - Don't live here. read more

I have been living here for 2 years and I must say if you are looking for a great city experience in a clean, safe area, not much could beat this location. EVERYTHING is walkable. Also, the building itself is rather new, and the apartments meticulously cared for by a dedicated maintenance staff who are always accommodating., The business office team are truly nice people who will do their best to help with first moving in, renewing leases, and even on move out. From the outside and initial look, the apartments are very nice. The entrance is nice, as it's a new building the appliances are new, and it's a pretty clean place to lives. However, having been here several months now there is much to be desired. In my opinion, when you are paying nearly $3,000 per month for a two bedroom apartment you should expect a certain level of detail and professionalism. Here are my thoughts Pros: - Great location: Trader Joe's opened in August which is awesome. The 13 bus is right across the street which takes you downtown very quickly. Literally everything is in walking distance including the summer street fair, restaurants, shops, Safeway and even Kerry Park isn't too far. - Rooftop decks. Okay so they aren't amazing but still there is a grill and some nice outside furniture that makes hanging out and watching the sunset pretty amazing. - There is a gym in the building: It's nice, clean, has two treadmills, two ellipticals, a weight machine and some free weights. It would be nice if they added some heavy free weights as the highest dumb bell is 35 pounds. Gym is only okay - Maggy is the leasing office manager and she is really great. Cons: - We are on the 5th floor with a nice balcony overlooking Queen Anne Ave although it is a shared space. When we toured the place the front office person said they would put up a nice divider on the balcony so that it felt like our own, so that we would have some privacy. A few months in, after nothing had been put in, they told us that they had decided not to put in a divider but we could purchase something on our own if desired. Ummm okay. So our neighbors are REALLY nice but still my kids walk out and then can look into the neighbors house. It's weird and now we have to be nervous to go on our own balcony which is one of the reasons we paid such a high price - The parking garage: We have had not one, but TWO flat tires from large screws left in the parking garage. One time my wife and two kids were stuck in a very compromised location because of this. Since then, we have picked up over 100 screws and put them on the leasing managers desk. When we asked for them to reimburse us for the new tire, they said they would only cover half. We continue to find screws and have spoken to other people who have had flat tires. - The garbage area: For some reason I thought they told us there would be a garbage drop area on each floor but maybe I was mistaken. You have to take your trash to the second floor, walk to the end of the hallway, then out to the loading dock. The lighting is horrible and I would definitely not want my daughters to do it themselves. - The intercom system: Although we moved in to the apartments in June, the intercom system that connects to the outside of the apartments were installed in October. So anytime someone came to our house we would have to walk to the main entrance to leave them in. Not a huge deal but annoying when the system was in place, was sold to us before we moved in, and was installed four months later. - Elevators: As in the previous reviews, the elevator situation is a nightmare. We live on the 5th floor and have two young kids. It's impossible to drag our huge stroller up and down the stairs on days when it is broken so my wife is extremely inconvenienced. Although they posted an apology letter, it doesn't go far enough. And in the letter it deflected blame by saying, "Although it's not uncommon for new apartments to have elevator issues, we...." Well I would say that at this price point you should have the BASIC services figured out. read more

The staff is caring, the building manager is sweet, kind, gracious, and produces result The building has a small gym, community room, and is VERY pet-friendly. Its a great pied-à-terre. A good place for people who want a small apartment and don't mind bedrooms without windows. Thiis neighborhood has nesrly everything and being just north of Bell Town, is centrally located. read more

What was our dream apartment has become a nightmare. This apartment complex is NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN. We selected it for its prime location and beautiful layout. A few months after we started living here, we found out that other residents keep a violent dog. The dog has tried to attack our two-year old daughter and/or our dog on at least six different occasions in the apartment building. We reported all of these encounters to the manager, only to have the manager imply we were lying or tell us that its our responsibility to get video of the dog trying to attack. Even after another resident reported the dog, the dog is still in the building and has tried to attack us. We are forced to live in fear in our own home. If you have children or dogs, beware of these apartments. You will not be safe here. read more

I've lived in Seattle for 3 years and spent the last 2 at queen anne collection. Queen Anne Collection has great support from management and maintenance. Over the last years we had a couple issues, and Nicholas helped greatly in resolving these in both a quick, fair, and efficient matter. Isaiah has also been very helpful, and Brendan and the maintenance staff are also very quick and friendly In terms of the apartments, they are of high quality, in an amazing location - nextdoor to trader joes, urgent clinic (used many times), safeway, bartells, and a number of great coffee shops, bars and restaurants. There's also a board game shop if you're into that. Behind the main road is queen anne neighborhood, a park, and a middle school with a field. Theres also queen anne pool, which is unfortunately closed at the moment. Theres a bus right outside which takes about 20 min to get to my work downtown. There's a gym, two grills, multiple common areas, and a great view on the rooftop. read more

The Queene Anne Towne Collection is more than an apartment complex! I moved to Seattle a year ago. Suffice it to say I was not only in search of a safe clean beautiful well organized / wonderful location and " friendly " place to live , but searching for a home away from home. I can promise you that if I did not choose the Towne apartments my transition could never have been as wonderful / effortless and exciting as it has been. I owe so much of the success of my moving and relocation at mid life to Gaalya, Sarah, Luna and Chris for providing fantastic information, tours of beautiful amenities and friendly inviting environment at the Queen Anne Apartments. I walk into the rental office every single morning and not only do I get my " morning hot delicious coffee" compliments of the Towne, but I receive a friendly happy good morning and that is every reason in the world to be happy here at the Towne. The rooftops, media room, outside BBQ area, work out / fitness room are always clean and accessible and if your lucky enough to have your neighbors available even better ( I knew no-one before I moved in!). Thank you Towne apartments in Queene Anne for working so hard to keep everyone under your roof happy satisfied safe and sound and most important part of your rental community family. I have been meaning to write a review for Towne in Queen Anne for awhile. We have been living here for a year and a half. When we were first looking into moving here we joined the future resident program. Isaiah and the leasing staff were nothing short of amazing in helping us find the perfect apartment in our price range and within our moving time frame. The maintenance staff do a great job in keeping the building clean and looking great. They respond to work orders quickly and we've even asked them to change a few burnt out light bulbs because our ceiling is so high that we can't reach them without a ladder! When it came time to renew our lease, Nicholaus worked with us so we were able to stay in our apartment. The entire staff is so friendly and quick to help out. Overall, a great place to call home! read more

We had to find a place to live once our relo/corp housing allotment was up. We drove through the area and liked the main street, Queen Anne Ave. We needed a place that would allow dogs and at least 2 bedrooms. We loved dealing with our leasing agent, Renee. She was very knowledgeable as was the manager, Nicklaus. Maintenance is quick to fix things. They have nice rooftop spaces. There are a few drawbacks about this place. The package/box area, gym (without a restroom) and small common area are in another building. Neighbors are nice but it's rather noisy. I can hear people letting their doors slam shut, people walking in the hallway, on the rooftop, the trash pick up in the back alley so the apartment is not super quiet. read more

We love this place! Not only are they super pet friendly which was a problem with other places we were looking at since we have two HUGE dogs! But, we love our apartment, the location, our view and the community. They do a great job of keeping the building clean and creating a community offering us free coffee (the key to my heart) and hosting great holiday and community building events. We accidently got some foreign objects in the garbage disposal and maintenance was here with in the hour to fix it for us. Renee in the leasing office is awesome! She's hilarious and always so friendly to meet up with and catch up with. The roof and terrace on the building are awesome and we got a great view of the solar eclipse and it's a cool place to hang out and chill when it's not raining :). We love this building and our home here and couldn't ask for anything more. read more

These apartments are great! The on-site staff make you feel welcome and appreciated. I always felt like I was in the know on what was happening in Seattle due to their monthly newsletters. The location is close to downtown without feeling too busy or hectic. I definitely recommend it to anyone! read more

Review is for Towne Worst experience, once you sign a lease you are just an apartment number and a monthly rent check. Pros: location, maintenence service Cons: ~ I was told Direct TV would be available in April, scheduled install guys - they said equipment was not istalled to have Direct TV, after trying to work with staff, I was finally told no Direct TV was available here, in November - 6 months later! Your classic bait and switch maneuver to get one into a lease and not perform on their end. ~gym and patio equipement wasn't ready for 2 month after building opened - again no communication it was available, you just had to figure it out. ~Seattle City Lights meters and bills were not ready for 6 months as the meters weren't separated. The bills are now coming through at back dated amounts. Same with water, trash and sewer. ~elevators wern't working for some time, no communication for a week from management. Decided to take the stairs to realize anyone had full access to the building through an unlocked door. Came across a homeless man sleeping in the stair well, I was terrified at 6:30 Monday morning- notified staff. Over month later I came across another sleeping bag, gateorade bottles and milk cartons. I physically walked management staff to show them how people got access, the response was "oh yes this door should be locked." It took over a month to get the door locked. No communication to the rest of the residents regarding this issue. I still have videos and pics on how to enter the building prior to the door being locked in case anything happened to anyone. I was/still am terrified to take the stairs. ~sewer spill in parking garage for 2 days - again no communication from the staff ~cabinets are shotty, they don't line up, some drawers don't open and close easily and this is a brand new building ~very noisy and beyond just living on the main street, the semi's that come all hours of the night and morning delivering to safeway and trader joes. The answers I received were when I spoke with and tried to work with management were "I'm sorry" nothing can be done. The staff and property management company have no concern about the safety, health or satisfaction of it's residents at all. I'm more than disappointed with my decision to live here; nobody should ever hate to come home. read more

Ive been living here at Towne for just a few months but I dont need to be here years to feel the sense of family and safety this building and team achieves. Being you a young single lady that is the utmost of importance. The staff is welcome and their care makes you feel like you're more then just a tenant. The building is beautiful and the hallways smells amazing. I get compliments every time ;) I would highly suggest this building and company to anyone looking to move. - K read more
