Extremely pleased with the online shopping experience from this store! I had lost a favorite KIND bag I had purchased in Spain on a recent trip to Arizona and was looking to replace it. This store was the only place in the US where I could find the same bag- blue background with beautiful, realistic depictions of pomegranates. I was initially skeptical of a business I wasn't familiar with, but after seeing the great Yelp reviews and perusing their website, I decided to order. My order was processed quickly and shipped to my home in a timely fashion. Order confirmation and updates were great. I made a stop here so that I could find some items for a friend from across the pond who will have surgery next week. I wanted her to have a basket of familiar items to help get her back on her feet. And, hey, who doesn't like a Flake bar just because it is a Monday? I did look at the labels on most of the items I purchased to see that they had been imported and not just had a Union Jack slapped on them. Not items I normally buy, but sometimes you have to pay $10 for a box of oatmeal. The employee who checked me out was very pleasant and I got a chuckle on some of the items she pointed out that were on the sale rack- busts of royalty in blown glass has tree ornaments. We have been here for the 2nd time now. When my mom returned from visiting family in England, she was now set on finding a British store in Atlanta. Sure enough they had one. The first time we went, we found a lot of stuff and my sister found her favorite drink, Ribena. We found the crisps and biscuits we like. The store has a lot of items from purese, tea kettles, spices, sauses, etc. If you want to feel like you are in England this is the place to go to. The owner is amazing and very helpful. My go to place for a "taste of home". Best selection of British and some Australia / South African food and gifts in the Atlanta area. Every time I go, Sam and the team are fun and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Keep and eye on the FB page for when the most loved crisps arrive (they fly off the shelves) and all the new items (usually from Cadburys - yum!). You can even get cards with "Mum" and "Mummy" on them. Helps when you have family still in the UK.... read more

Love love loooooove sticky toffee pudding. Problem is that it is so hard to find at a local grocery store. Very few restaurants have it. Trader Joe's only sells it during the fall. I became desperate and started to Google search for local shops. Queens suddenly pops up. Hmmmm. A British dedicated store in Marietta!? Wow. This can't be life. I had to battle crazy traffic from Alpharetta to come here. Stepped right in about 10 minutes before close time @ 6pm. Owner was so helpful from beginning to end. So pleasant to here her British accent too. Nice little store filled with all knick knacks from across the pond. I would come here again (not just for toffee pudding). read more

Being British and living in America, it is often difficult to find British food, such as candy, crisp "potato chips", British bacon and other grocery items. I was recently told about the Queen's Pantry and so took a drive to see what I could get. The store is small but well stocked with a good selection of grocery items, meat pies, British bacon, Black Pudding and a large selection of candy. Even though there is a mark up on the price for the items as they are imported, it was worth paying the extra to bring back some memories of England. I brought a selection of different items home with me to enjoy. So if you are looking for a taste of the UK, then I highly recommend this gem. read more

All the things you and knew and didn't knew you missed and needed and every time I go in I get misty eyed as the owner is literally every one of my aunties and best friends mums growing up. My late wife was born in Ireland and I still have in laws there. Ireland is a fine enjoyable place from the best Guiness beer and the best candies ever. I had a friend send me some treats from the U. K. Several years ago. I was hooked. Then I couldn't find anywhere to find more. I searched for a few years and stopped because I was at a loss. Then for Christmas last year a father of one of my students, who is from England, gave the best treats in my Christmas gift. I about cried when I got to the bottom of the bag and saw some of my favorites. I went on my search again. After a while I finally...I mean...FINALLY, found this amazing place!!! In my first visit, I walked in and was met by the two most wonderful beings! Sam and Karen. They treated me as if they had known me forever. Walked me through some of the treats that I wasn't sure about. I don't get to go as much as I would like, but when I do I get.a.bag full of goodies to bring home until the next trip. I have my grandkids hooked on several different things now. I hope to continue to broaden their tastes by introducing them to all of the different things we can find here. I want them to love all things England as I do. Sam is just the best! I feel like I've made a friend for life. The youngest granddaughter loves your (funny) accent. She laughed after we left a.few.weeks ago and said, Ms. Sam sounded funny. She cracked me up. A huge and wonderful assortment of British goodies, and the most friendly people working there I have ever met! I absolutely have to have my imported, REAL Cadbury's (did you know that the Cadbury's you buy everywhere else in the US is a completely different and inferior chocolate made here by Hersheys?! Look it up!). They have all the best Cadbury varieties - the Caramel Bar is my favorite - thick rich milk chocolate and caramel inside that has a flavor better than any I've ever had in any other caramel. I also bought my Grandmother an assortment of Downtown Abbey tea's and things that absolutely delighted her - a diehard fan. I was ecstatic when I found a place to buy Peck's Anchovette! So, I placed an order for 6 jars on June 20th & chose 2 day shipping. I received my order today, June 26th & I cannot believe the 6 glass jars of Peck's Anchovette Paste arrived intact! The jars were put inside a manila mailing envelope without any sort of protection around each jar. They were left to bang around against each other. Then that envelope was put inside a much larger USPS box without any packing material either. My order was then shipped Priority Mail, not 2 day shipping! From the 20th to the 26th makes 7 days, 2 of which are Saturday & Sunday, making a total of 5 business/shipping days. Needless to say, I will not buy here again. read more

I always love going to The Queens Pantry. It is a wonderful experience to be there, you feel like you're actually in London. Since I'm an expert at Doctor Who, I always head for the Doctor Who display. They even have a Princess Charlotte display. The service is very good, and the people who work there are very nice. I bought Turkish Delight and it was awesome.They have all sorts of British candy: chocolate, jelly beans, and Turkish Delight. It is the only British store I've ever been to and that store made me feel very welcome to London. read more
