Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. This was no exception and even on a weekday the place was extremely busy (1pm) due to its close proximity to a mall. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and all counters were opened. They have a hand cart in case you need to wheel some heavy items over. I had several pieces of equipment to ship and each one was nicely packaged for a 3 day FedEx Express Saver delivery. Usually when doing self-packing in the old days, I would have stuff come back with missing rack ears or slightly dinged up edges. In this case I paid for the extra filler, double wall boxes and everything arrived in good condition. Props to them for packing things so well and making sure it didn't exceed any weight limits. It's always tough finding specialty boxes that fit server equipment. Nobody asked for my ID (though many years ago I did get asked but that was for a retail purchase and not with an account #). I gave them our corporate FedEx account number and all they did was confirm my name. Not sure what happened with others but the manager on duty was the one that helped me. She knew exactly which items to ring up for the specialty boxes. Chalk it up to good luck perhaps because the items arrived a day early, exceeding expectations hence my 5 star rating for FedEx.

This USPS location has reached an all time low. The week before Christmas with lines out the door…read more I waited 45 minutes in line and when I was called forward the clerk asked if I paying with credit or debit. I replied "debit" and she said, "The system is broken, we are taking only cash or checks. Come back with cash." No apology. NOW a sensible manager would ideally post signs on the outer doors advising customers of the issue but NO signs there. NO signs on the counter, NO signs anywhere. The clerk did tell me that they made an "announcement" from time to time for the benefit of customers who are been waiting in line forever. The clerk did turn to the manager who was lounging on the back wall and asked that he post a sign. He smirked and shifted his lounging position. (This is the same useless manager that is always hanging out doing absolutely nothing.) ALL of the holiday packaging was sold out. There was one lone box that had been broken and left in the display. Heaven forbid the manager should restock! He has a nap to take! So I dropped the forty dollars in greeting cards I was going to purchase back in the rack and walked out without them or the four sheets of stamps I had come to buy. I left through the same front door that has been broken and standing open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for at least a year. This post office is a disgrace! ALSO -- the photos of a gleaming facility had to have been taken by an employee after a thorough cleaning which this post office has not seen in MONTHS. The glass doors, the counters, the floors have been perpetually filthy since we have had to start using this post office a year ago BUT they do fall right in line with the never to be repaired broken door!

Since I don't own a printer, I rely heavily on this chain of copy places. The copy and printing prices are reasonable, especially when I use the self serve copier. I was literally in and out in less than two minutes. There are other copy and printing places in the area, but in my experience they always cost more, and to even print out a black and white single page is cumbersome. Not here. I know their copiers by heart, and I've even learned how to add legal size paper when I need it. This place is definitely a necessity in my life.

We wasted our time going there and, right before a long weekend and lost momentum on a very time sensitive issue - a nearly $10K mix up in taxes... Had they stated online that they close any earlier, be it 7:30 to 7:45, we would have gone to another location and got things done.
