The service has been friendly and fairly quick on both occasions I've stopped by. However both times the coffee has been subpar to say the least. I'm by no means some hard to impress coffee snob. Typically just a house coffee guy with maybe some flavor and a splash of cream, which is what I ordered on this recent visit. Unfortunately it tasted extremely watered down, like I received mostly flavoring & cream with a splash of coffee. The gal was busy, but also it's not a complex order.. just pour 12-14oz of coffee & add in the cream/hazelnut. Good drive through coffee stand. I like that they have Italian sodas, since I don't drink coffee but sometimes I want something nice to drink too. Service was efficient and friendly, and prices are good. They're perhaps the nearest coffee place that isn't a Dutch Brothers (not a fan) so I will definitely be back. Growing up in Eugene quick fix was one of my favorite coffee shops to stop and get an ice spice chai since I could remember. Now, not living in Eugene I always like to stop by the places that were my favorite and remind me of the past but this experience was quite disappointing. The two girls working were extremely rude and we're trying to rush me right away with my order, not asking how I was or anything and the. When I was trying to tell her what I wanted she kept walking away and yell what?! in a super rude tone. Then I got my drinks and my chai is so overly sweet not like How it normally is supposed to be, I can barely drink it and my coffee drink is so hot it burnt my tongue. Such a cute coffee stand! The employees were so friendly. They give you a chocolate covered espresso bean on top of your cup which I think is a really nice touch. Prices were reasonable. They had a solid menu with some interesting drinks as well as all the basics. read more

This little roadside stand is the best coffee shop in Eugene. Wanna know why? It's not the organic beans...every shop in the Yewj claims to have those. It's not the location...though convenient, there are at least four other coffee stops on my route to work and none can compare. The simple fact is this shop is well staffed, well trained, and observes proper food handling. I have, quite literally, tried Hideaway, Eugene City Bakery, MoC, and even waxed eloquent about Metropol last month (i.e., http://www.yelp.com/user_details_review_search?userid=LppJHKekgS1MyV29atuj9A&q=Metropol). Truth be told, though, all of those places have as their typical set up a single person working the counter, the espresso machine, and the pastry grabbing/heating up stations. In a word, pure silliness. The one-person set up results in longer wait times, reduced possibility of clean hands before food service, and poor product; what person can be really good at all three of those tasks simultaneously? Contrast that with the brilliant setup of QF CC and there's no contest. I was in and out of the drive thru there in under a minute this morning, with my 2% hot latte in hand. Quick Fix coffee company is conveniently located on willamette next to Tsunami book store. It's a very cute little place, offering 100% organic coffee and expresso. They also offer vegan breads and cookies. The expresso tastes good. I mean really good. They make my weird and overly critical order with enthusiasm and graduated. Plus it's locally owned, meaning the people who own it actually live in Eugene. I really like. All together it's a cool little place and I like it very much! read more

This place at first seemed like another meh coffee drive through at first sight but once I started going I do not go anywhere else if I can help it. I used to live across town and would specifically drive here just to get my drink. Which they learn fast. I never expect a coffee shop to know my drink but they do, even when someone else picks it up for me! Aw! Coffee - I get hemp lattes ( so many Eugene places do not have hemp milk. It's not that weird. I don't feel like drinking that much soy and almond milk is usually tasteless and can have a burnt taste easily) Thank you Quick Fix! The use organic Cascade Estate. I'm always very happy. I've tried their mocha which are good, and chai for an afternoon drink ( you can get sweet or spicy) You can also get a 24 oz hot size. Thank you! Sometime ya just need that extra 4 oz. Service- very sweet and competent people! When they have a line they walk out and get orders from the cars- smart! They have always been more than happy to accommodate any drinks I wanted to try ( not too sweet, milk type mixes, eggnog chai ) I think the owner is sometimes there taking orders and she's super sweet. They have an extensive menu of blended and iced drinks. I have yet to get into because I'm so happy with my drink. Muffins and Ruthie's Cookies for snacks. I adore this coffee place! I'm so happy I moved to the area and now they're just a quick walk away from me. The staff are always really friendly and extremely efficient. Even when it starts to get busy they always seem to handle it well while still giving great customer service! And the drinks are consistently good which seems hard to find these days. The coffee itself is high quality and organic. I've never been much of a coffee snob but I pretty much put their coffee above many other place. This is a drive-through place on Willamette, offering a typical mix of espresso-based drinks, smoothies, cookies, etc. I stop here a couple of times a week. The lovely ladies who work the mid-day shift (yeah, I roll out of bed at the crack of 10am every day, ha!) always get my drinks right, even when I change it up a bit on occasion. Smooth espresso with a bit of a nutty flavor (not sure who the source is) and well-mixed drinks = yay. My only complaint is that their prices are slightly higher than average, which keeps me from giving them five stars. That's probably a South Eugene issue more than anything. Okay... I lied... one more issue - they downsized the dog biscuits about six months ago. They used to give out huge ones but they've reverted to the normal size Milk-bones. Ah well. The employees are all super-friendly, and they make my favorite Lattes in town. Sometimes it is too crowded to get in (even at off-peak times). They do have a walk-up window though, so I usually just go to that when they are busy. read more

Quick Fix Coffee is a small drive through kiosk. I had the mint chip mocha fix and he had the peanut butter cup mocha fix. They come with whipped cream and a chocolate covered espresso bean. The blended drinks were extremely watery. It was basically like drinking a normal iced drink, there was no extra texture from the blended ice. The flavor and service were okay but we won't be returning if we are in the area. 2 stars. read more

I wanted to try something different while in Eugene so Quick Fix Coffee was the place that jumped out at me the most. I ordered a blended Mocha with soy and whip and it was good. The barista's were friendly and efficient. The chocolate covered coffee bean on the side was a nice touch.
