They didn't even go outside to go look at my car. They supposedly ordered me a tire and told me that they'd call me when the tire came in. Well it never did yet... never got the phone call. Went to town fair tire the next day and got a patch for $4... a lot better than $200 for a brand new tire. Everyone working there was just too lazy to do their job.

It's funny because the car had a recall repair done earlier this year at Shakers Straits Turnpike on the same part and what, no one could tell it had other problems?! I just bought the car 8 months ago. Not happy with Shakers Mechanics or their Poor response to customers.
