Though he could clearly see the dumpster in my driveway. While he was obnoxious the tow guy, Tariq was very kind. I got everything situated the next day, unbelievably and the secretary was super helpful. I called before I went and explained that I needed to get clearance from PD first. When I went into the office, they process everything effectively. It's cash only and only the person the vehicle is registered to is allowed inside fyi. I would definitely work with this company in the future and recommend.

On December 9th my car had a lower ball joint/ axle failure, my car broke down right in front of my…read morehouse & I only needed it towed back into my parking lot. Out of respect for confidentiality we'll say "driver" * I called about 6pm and Driver#1 arrived quickly at the scene, he was kind and I only needed my car towed/moved over 150ft-300ft no more than that. in the process he damaged my vehicle while rolling it off the tow, (*without taking off the damaged wheel mind you*) *in the process of rolling it back, he runs out of space and can't get it fully off the ramp, and my front bumper popped out, the brackets on them broke, the damaged wheel he didn't take off bends backwards into my wheel well, when I then tell him to stop, he tried a bit more and scraped my muffler & back bumper onto the asphalt curb in my parking lot. *Driver#1 ended up calling his supervisor Driver#2 and we waited an another hour before he arrived at the scene, Driver#1 was already dodging accountability for the damages he caused and I showed him and Driver#2 the before & after pictures & videos, I have from before and after they touched my car, I have also sent these to their office email as well to make a incident report. They also have their own before & after photos. *Driver #2 has the bright idea of taking off the damaged wheel that Driver #1 bent backwards into my wheel well, and I asked him "is that not normal procedure, like do all the drivers try to do it like Driver#1 or what? Because taking off the wheel would've avoided damage to my wheel well there." I was answered with "how driver#1 did it how typically how all my guys do it" *So then why tf are you taking off the wheel now, if that's not how you normally do things?¿ bc they know they fucked up and added additional damage to my vehicle that's why... *Anyways After about two weeks of them dodging me, giving me the run around, after calling them and following up, eventually I today now 10 business days later, the main supervisor in the office claimed he looked at the before and after pictures, I sent and that his drivers have, and said my car was already damaged beforehand and they "aren't gonna be covering anything" *despite it taking 2 separate men, 2 separate trucks, 3 hours, $180 and (*extra damages ontop of my reason for calling them*) all just to move my car 200ft over. I had to follow up with these people & had a terrible experience every single step along the way & I gave them more than enough time, I was cordial at first, they claim damage free towing and that they're insured. But where is that ? It remains to be seenTheir actions tell me otherwise! If they treat a stock height Honda accord so carelessly imagine how they handle clientele with more expensive cars. I called them bc they were the only ones open. I'd rather let my car sit in the middle of the road and get hit than to call them again. There's so much more to it but seriously I wouldn't wish the additional troubles on anyone, avoid these people at all costs. Nobody down on their luck should be charged $180 to move their car 200ft, add extra damages, take 3 hours to do it, and then have that same "service" neglect to take responsibility & accountability for the employees actions and business itself. They befuddle me with their bad business practice. Whether you have a nice, expensive car/truck or a shitbox don't call these people.

They had my Subaru car for over a month and a half, stringing me along, telling parts were coming…read moretomorrow. After all that time, they finally took it for a test run and said it needed a wheel hub ...they said it would be another 1K on top of already 3.3k that was already a few hundred over the estimate. In the meantime was using my backup old Ford that had gotten a flat tire...they charged me another 1.9k, $500 over what I expected to pay. To make things worse they damaged something on the truck, as when I would go backward to the right, I would feel a rubbing or grinding. Also, the steering wheel became loose and really shaky. The next day, it began to sound like the brakes were going as they began to grind, when they were hardly used and newish brakes. Going down a small incline, the breakline popped. They took no responsibility for it. I had another shop tow me and repair the damage they did. Finally, I picked up the Subaru, I drove two doors down, and the battery light went on. Now, the battery and brake lights go on as the headlights dim, and the security alarm is set off uncontrollably, not being able to turn it off or turn my car on, leaving me stranded in the Shop Right parking lot. I had to use a hack that another garage told me to do, because Classic Coach doesn't return a call an hour after I picked the car up, nor ever, not the next day. As classic ...the wheel hub still isn't fixed, but I don't want them near my car, and I'm taking it to a different garage that fixed the truck that Classic Coach broke and charged me for. On top of all this, I had to rent a car for one week. Classic coach replaced the radiator but did not put any antifreeze or coolant in the reservoir, foutunately I discovered it because I popped the hood as the car drove terribly. The male mechanics in the shop are very honest, as I had money and valuable things there that were not touched. I especially would not recommend them if you are paying out of pocket and you do not have deep, deep pockets. I dreaded dealing with a woman by the name of Lauren, who is in the office, who I found to be pushy, insensitive, and controlling ( would not let me talk to the mechanics who worked on my car, insisted that I buy road-only tires for my truck that goes off-road at times, and she exhibited other strange behavior).

They kept it another day made the corrections. The next day I went to pick it up. The engine was making noise. The mechanic came out and said it was air in the transmission lines it will work it's way out. Well it didn't. I took it to my mechanic, and they found that they did not replenish the transmission fluid and it was down 2 1/2 quarts of fluid. Then I took the van on vacation while on the road the check, engine light came on. Brought it to the neared dealership to check the code and found there was a cooling fan for the transmission not working and it's wire harness not connected. Also wires going to a computer were loose. I cannot recommend them.
