So my fiance told me for us to just leave, and as we're getting in the truck the old man says he could whoop my ass. I have never been talked to like that any business I've ever been to, this establishment is not doing very much business anyways and I see why, so disrespectful to customers!

When we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the test drive went smoothly. Afterward, Mike handed us off to Giovani to complete the process. Unfortunately, this is where the experience began to decline. The process became extremely drawn out, which was especially difficult since we had our two-week-old infant with us. Throughout the paperwork process, Giovani was unable to answer several basic questions I had about the vehicle and the purchase. After several hours, we completed the paperwork and were escorted to a separate building for financing. We then waited over two more hours. Giovani eventually came to apologize for the delay and told us they had moved another customer ahead of us because he had become "unruly." This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Because another customer did not know how to behave, they were rewarded by being prioritized, while we were left waiting with a newborn. To make matters worse, I was never told who my vehicle was financed through. I didn't learn that information until over a week later. I was also later informed that the vehicle came with two complimentary oil changes -- something no one mentioned during the entire process. While the staff was polite, the overall organization, communication, and respect for customers' time was severely lacking. This dealership completely missed the mark. I will not be returning and would caution others in the market for a vehicle to consider going elsewhere.

Mine is in excellent condition and has extremely low miles ( my commute to work has averaged 3 miles for the past 15 years). I've been wanting a 4 door hardtop S, 6 speed, but having an awesome car already, I'd not changed out. Due to the news, I notified my friendly staff at Hendrick BMW on independence Bv that I'd like to find one in the Resolute edition. Prices have gone up too much, so minus 1 star for that. JEFF SHINN has been my salesman for 3.5 cars ( long ago, BMW guys weren't allowed to sell Minis....BYRAN ARMBRYSTER sold me my 2 door Mini in 2009 when Jeff passed me to him , a newbie at the time). Still friends to this day with all of these folks! Jeff mainly sells BMWs, so FORREST HOLSTON stepped up to help me find the exact Mini Resolute I wanted. A.J SNYDER also assisted at a supervisory level since the car was produced, but not yet in country. I was still trying to confirm Mini's decision to stop production of real manuals after 2024, so I did not act immediately. However, once I did confirm, I contacted the crew and said.. "GO get our girl!" (**SEX AND THE CITY reference intended...if you know, ya know!) . The car had landed at a non Hendrick dealership in Raleigh with an interested party. I pre-qualified for my loan, and JEFF, FORREST AJ, and management staff worked their magic. Tuesday after Christmas, after my shift, I was at the dealership in a heavy, dark downpour, picking up my new car. SHARATH NAIR has assisted me with my finance and warranty needs. He understands my usage, needs and what I want for my cars. Super smart guy with the #s . Be prepared to spend 3 to 5 k on warranties, but only buy what works for your needs...it's important. SHARATH does not push anything on you. I will hate to sell my 2009, but I suppose I should. To a good home only. He has been an awesome car. I'm getting to know the Resolute , which is quite a bit different ( not better or worse) than my original. I appreciate the way JEFF , FORREST AJ , and SHARATH everyone at Hendrick, assist me and work with my intense po po schedule. I feel so lucky and blessed! Motor on my friends!
