    New seats!
    Meredith S.

CS Motorsports did a beautiful and outstanding job on my car. The door panels were a mess before they were fixed and the seats had tears in them. I am so happy with my car. I love my new rims. I highly recommend them if you need any work done to your vehicle!

Here's the Apple CarPlay stereo that was installed. It looks like it came from the factory.

They also were able to provide many options for having multiple video inputs and options for modifying the dash for a double din stereo. Many GM vehicles only have enough room for 1 or 1.5. I was told I needed to schedule a 30-minute appointment and that it would cost $100 just to ask a question. What I believed was a straightforward question about my car stereo. Instead, I discovered that at Freeman, even curiosity carries a $100 price tag. That was unexpected. What was disappointing was the immediate leap to a fee before anyone assessed whether the issue might be simple, minor, or something that could be clarified with a brief professional glance. There was no attempt at guidance -- only a transaction waiting to happen. Businesses build loyalty through service, not surprise charges. A quick moment of helpful insight can create a long-term customer. A $100 gatekeeping fee tends to do the opposite. The name on the building suggests openness. The experience suggested something else. You may want to reflect on how first interactions are handled. Word of mouth is powerful -- especially when it involves expectations versus reality. I understand businesses charge for labor, but there was no effort to offer basic guidance or determine whether the issue was minor. The interaction felt transactional rather than service-oriented. As someone who supports local businesses, I expected a willingness to at least assess the concern before quoting a fee. This experience left me feeling that customer service is secondary to revenue. I hope you'll consider reviewing how walk-in questions are handled in the future. The next car stereo place I went to Sound Systems came Out looked at it and said I needed to put some foam around the speaker and re-screw it in. Thank you to them! Sincerely, Karen

Heres an INVOICE# 28726 installed on 04/03/26 so now they cant use the excuse that they didnt see…read morean invoice number in their records. I got my RGB Halo kit, the installation was solid however they did NOT follow the instructions for the wiring part, they took the positive cable and tapped it into a fuse box that makes the halos turn on when in ACC mode and didnt fully understand WHAT that does. Doing this resulted in an over flow of current which forced the 10A fuse the halos were rated for to pop after all the research I done i've concluded that this isn't normal because I replaced the fuse 6 times within 1 week. In addition to this there was a parking cable that came with the wiring that they FAILED to connect. I contacted them to address my concerns of the 10A fuse consistently popping and the parking cable not being connected. they said they would honor their installation warranty and to bring the car back. Mind you I have to use PTO because this shop is only open Monday-friday and in addition to that I live 45 minutes away. I take PTO to go back to the shop to have them check their work. Instead of getting to the root of why the fuse was popping, their thought process was let's just insert a 15A fuse instead and tell him that the parking cable is optional but not required. then send him on his way which is what they did sadly. Installing a bigger fuse was NOT the answer and here's why. When aftermarket items come with a fuse holder and provides a fuse that its RATED for, it's extremely important to use that exact fuse for the exact reason of, if there is an overflow of current the fuse will pop, that's what the fuse is supposed to do. I don't think they fully understood what putting a bigger fuse does. When you install a bigger fuse, it completely cancels the idea of protecting the electrical system by bypassing the popping. Which means there will be an excess of current flowing through. Which means that if the fuse popping is being bypassed, you're taking a risk of the wiring getting hot and overheating, which can lead to a fire. After leaving the shop I called them back to explain it to them, and the person I spoke with told me that putting the 15A fuse is perfectly fine and that the wires will not get hot and overheat. Because I have the knowledge of what could happen with installing a bigger fuse, it made me feel like they insulted my intelligence which really pissed me off because I feel like nothing got done. No inspection, no research, NOTHING on their part which also means I wasted a whole day of PTO and wasted gas just for them to Insult my intelligence. So, I removed the 15A fuse and put the 10A fuse back in so that everything can remain protected. So if in the event there is an overflow, the fuse will still do its job and pop. Mind you I called the company that supplied me the RGB halos. They asked me to provide them with photos of how it was installed and I did. After they reviewed the photos they've concluded that I needed a brand new controller which comes with brand new wiring. They went ahead and sent it to me. And I received it as well as installed It MYSLEF as well as FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS which STATES that the parking wire is to be tapped in to a fuse box source that runs on ACC so that the halos can come on when you turn the car on and turn off when you turn the car off, which makes perfect sense and is exactly what I did. And now the halos work perfectly fine. Without the fuse popping, they also turn on when the car turns on and they also turn off when I turn the car off. Now would you look at that! All of this confirms that I knew exactly what I was talking about. Mind you I'm not an electrician, nor am I a certified auto. Mechanic, however, I have experienced in electrical and car audio which is how I knew I was right. With these photos I have, we can clearly see that this was NOT the proper way to install the wiring. This is exactly why it's important to educate ourselves on this type of stuff because these shops sit here and rely on our ignorance and yet have the audacity to tell us to come back for future work. because I had to do all of this Myself, I will NOT be going back for future work.

WARNING: PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING AUDIOMASTERS…read more I paid Peter Politis, the owner of AudioMasters, to put a basic car starter & alarm System, and CarPlay Stereo in my car. Initially, I was pleased with the job he did. Little did I know the personal Hell this transaction would become over the next 18 months. Not only has this man and his team proven themselves to be unable to do the job correctly, but they have also demonstrated through their actions to be dishonest, unethical, unprofessional, and very cruel. The problems with the stereo and alarm systems started almost immediately. The stereo would skip, and different screens would pop up when I would turn the car on, and sometimes the screen would be blank, so I would have to restart the car to get to the stereo. The alarm would sometimes churp different tones, which Peter indicated was a sensor issue, and the starter button would set off my alarm a lot of the time. Fast forward 2024. The alarm stopped working all together so Peter agreed to replace it. ** The second alarm is now malfunctioning ** So many long visits to AudioMasters, I was patient and respectful with this man. The last week in September, 2024, my stereo wireless stopped working, the volume went up and down by itself, screen flashed on and off. The next day, I called Peter. No answering machine, and He would not respond to my texts, I verified he received them. He just chose not call me back. Then the stereo stopped working all together. No CarPlay, no music. After a week of being ignored, I was able to speak with Peter. Peter acknowledged the problem, offered to replace the defective stereo. Another week passed. October 4, I got this text from Peter: "Morning Marcus, Just left the warehouse with the new radio and headed back to charlotte. Ill text you when I'm on the way to you." That was the last time I heard from Peter, or AudioMasters. I spoke with an employee, he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, they have call waiting, they would not pick up. I had someone else call from another number, and they picked up.
