They have a full bar. They allow you to bring food in from the nearby restaurants if you want to eat. They have seats and tables and plenty of places to relax. They have a great ventilation system that pulls the smoke out of the building. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need. They also listen to what people are saying. Between this and the other cigar place, Post Falls is blessed with two great cigar lounges. I wonder what Coeur d'Alene has been doing, since they've either chased businesses like this out or never let them get started in the first place. Oh well. That's to Post Fall's benefit.

We went there three times on a recent two week vacation to Northern Idaho. The best options for ice cream were the huckleberry(of course), the huckleberry cheesecake and the cookies & cream. It's dreyers brand which is pretty solid ice cream, but you really can't complain at all with the price. If you haven't been I have no idea what you are waiting for!!!

My friend and I had briefly stopped in Coeur d'Alene for lunch and a walk when he saw this cigar…read moreshop. He had a hankering for a few cigars so we went in and was promptly welcomed by an older gentleman wearing a mask. While I don't smoke cigars or pipes there were a few aspects I noticed and appreciated. The shop itself was well organized and labeled. Everything was easy to see. They appeared to have a nice variety of cigars and kept the modified infused cigars in a separate case from the traditional cigars. All the product was easily accessible. But really what made the shop pop was the customer service. The man there was extremely informative offering suggestions on different cigars based on what my friend liked. Then when my friend said he needed a lighter the gentleman offered a lighter that was behind the counter that was cheaper than the lighters on the counter providing a very convincing argument as to why. He liked the reliability more. He helped my friend prep one of the cigars so he could smoke immediately and then warmly offered suggestions where we could walk and my friend could smoke and enjoy himself. It was an extremely pleasant experience. It appears that the shop isn't fully stocked. There were several shelves in the back of the store that were completely empty. But otherwise it seemed like a nice variety for a cute little store. I was glad we stopped in.
