Wow, what a great thrift store! I will admit, I don't frequently hit thrift stores. When my friend suggested we walk over to this one, I was down for that idea. It is located right across from the food lab. A perfect walk after dinner. It's bigger than I thought. The thrift store just goes and goes. They have some cool things. I found a tank top and Nike t-shirt. My husband found a North face jacket. Pretty good finds! Thrift stores are always based on what happens to be there. And we got lucky those finds were there! I found a couple shirts that were not in my size. Bummer there! My friend said he goes all the time and they usually have some good things. Awesome. Prices were reasonable.

Not your ordinary thrift but I love the concept of selling local! The hunt is finding the bargain which they have here but be ready to spend not in a budget here if you're going for Salvation or Goodwill hunt, you will need to fork out vintage pay here. I give a huge originality for the finds here, not what you will encounter in the typical indoctrinated chain. It will definitely be a one of a kind. I also love that it's just not clothing but also pottery, jewelry and Art! Shop, hunt and be able to also support your local artist and business.

Had to shop! Bought this shirt for $5!!!!!

Went to a cocktail making class in the back of the store. Super fun!!! After we did some shopping!! OMG!! So many cute and unique finds!!! Some items were really well priced!! Others a little more expensive and I couldn't justify buying them. BUT clean, cute and I did find a couple of things I couldn't leave without!! Pics attached! The dark floral was just $5 and the white shirt was $42. That was a bit more than I like to spend when thrift shopping. Most items in the store were between $20-$50 (at least the stuff I was looking at) I will definitely be back! Excellent service!! A must if you are in the area!! I'll update next visit!! Sort of wish I would have grabbed a couple of more things I saw! Darn!!

One of the best places downtown to find something unique, do some yoga, listen to live music and shop local. The owner, Ana Brown has done an amazing job transforming this space to a place for community, art, healing and shopping. All of their vendors are local. They have handmade beauty products, handmade jewelry, vintage household items, eco conscious products, plants, art, vintage clothes children's items and more. They have one of a kind Riverside items like Raincross art, souvenirs and gifts from local makers if you're visiting from out of town or local and want to show your Riverside pride. It's also pet friendly if you're visiting with your furry friends!

The lady that said she didn't shoplift probably did, (there are plenty of cameras) and is more upset about getting caught than anything else. If you're not stealing then this is a fantastic place to shop, with good energy and honest people selling their things. It may be pricey but you're paying for a more selective and quality repurposing experience. Save the planet and small businesses one visit at a time!

Adam is the broker, Josh and his team--who act as property managers, selling agents, and investors--sold us a property for over $800,000 that, after purchase, turned out to have a significant amount of unpermitted work. Shockingly, the property's value prior to renovations was under $300,000, and none of the extensive, unpermitted modifications were disclosed during the sale. Even more concerning, this was the agent's own property, got work done with unlicensed agents and denied ownership. The unpermitted work is not just a minor issue--it will cost over $100,000 to bring the home up to code. When we raised these serious concerns, neither Josh nor anyone from The Firm Brokerage took responsibility or even responded. As licensed real estate professionals, we expected transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct--especially when an agent is selling a home they personally own. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Josh Rudin or The Firm Brokerage. I would highly recommend to not do any business with them.

So when it came time to sell my father's apartment building in Glendale, there was no question I was going to list with him. Chase is extremely professional and in tune with the multi-family market. He's sharp, insanely knowledgeable, and has that rare ability to spot both opportunities and red flags long before anyone else does. What I appreciate most is his consistency -- he answers the phone, follows through on every detail, and treats every deal like it's a multi-million-dollar transaction. My clients always end up thanking me for sending them his way, which says everything about the level of professionalism and care he brings. If you want someone who is honest, strategic, and truly exceptional at navigating the commercial landscape, look no further. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my commercial referrals. The food was absolutely delicious. DO NOT BOOK WITH ELVIA AND JUDY! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY! THEY ARE SHADY AF!…read more First off, let me clarify that 365 events is NOT affiliated with The Life Arts Center. They operate independently and do not own the building. I was actually on a tour of Life Arts Center when Elvia approached me, claiming she could offer me a better deal. That should have been my first red flag that she was trying to poach me from someone else. I gave her a call, and we decided to visit the venue. When we arrived for the tour, Judy approached us and offered me a significantly higher price, almost $5000 more than Elvia had quoted. I informed her that this was not what I had been told. She apologized and claimed she had confused me with someone else. My fiancé and I expressed our interest in a specific date, which she confirmed was available. She promised to do everything in her power to make our dream reception come true, from setting up the venue to arranging every detail and being a coordinator. She even assured us that she would be present every minute of the day. Before booking I had made numerous phone calls and text messages to Elvia, inquiring about the availability of the same date. Every single call and text message, Elvia was able to confirm the date. The week that I had my appointment to go book my church, I talked to her every day and confirm that date we wanted was still available. The day that we had our church appointment, I had five phone conversations with Elvia . I let her know we were on the way to the church and once we were done, I would give her a call so we can go sign the contract. After I booked my church, I gave her a call and told her we were heading over to sign. The contract date was still available. When we arrive, Elvia was not there. Judy was there. My first question was if our date was still available she told me yes. I am a type A bride so I had every single question answered before we signed this contract. Headed over booked our date, sign our contract and she took our deposit. We were both an ecstatic that we had finally after a long process and touring many venues which had the date we wanted booked. We had finally found the one and had signed our contract and put our deposit down. Fast-forward to 2 1/2 weeks later, I am at work and I get a voicemail from Judy calling me by another name. I called her back to see if she meant to call me or if it was a mistake. She told me that she meant to call me. This is when it all fell apart. At this point, she proceeds to tell me that they have double booked my date for my reception. That they can go ahead and move my reception to another day?? Excuse me?? You want me to get marry at my church one day and weeks later come and tell my family and friends to come for my reception? I couldn't believe this happening! How do you double booked after almost 20 phone calls and text messages and us signing a contract. She claimed that somebody was going over the paperwork and they realized they had double booked. How do you to tell me you sign a legally binding contract without checking if the date was still available after almost 8 phone calls the same day and me telling you, I am coming over to sign the contract for that date. You mean to tell me nobody could bother to see if it was still available ? A no point in time did anybody tell me that it was booked or that anyone had inquired for that date actually I was told they had the whole month I was inquiring about empty. At this point, I was in tears at work because I cannot believe the unprofessionalism from both of them. I told them that now I have to leave work to go deal with this and I needed my deposit back. So, not only was I left with not Venue, I had to miss the whole day of work since this was around 9 am. I left work to go get my deposit back when I showed up Judy nor Elvia had the audacity to face me or my fiancé to apologize to us instead Judy sent her husband to give me back my deposit check. He was so nervous because they knew what they did was wrong and we have the right to sue them for breach of contract. He then tried to get me to still book with them at another venue and that they would give me extra items . At this point, I had no trust in them and felt scammed. I could not believe what they had done, to the most important day of my life. I left and took that check straight to the bank because I was afraid that it would bounce. I really think that they just needed my money or I they did give my day to somebody else for a higher price and then called me and told me they double booked. These people are shady.. It wasn't after this that I found out they they don't own the property which she claimed she did. And that this is not the first time they have called people and told them that they double booked their date. On top of that they have a reputation of going around and stealing customers from other people. Be warned! Don't book with ELVIA OR JUDY!
