Based on the…read moreoutside appearance and location, we thought it would be more of a traditional rancho-style venue. The moment we walked in, though, we were completely blown away. It was absolutely stunning. During our first tour, we met Ricardo, and I remember telling my husband before we even left that if we chose this venue, I hoped Ricardo would be our coordinator. At the time, we weren't quite ready to book and decided to wait. A year later, after touring venues throughout Southern California and even Valle de Guadalupe, we came back to Miracle Garden and there was not a single doubt in our minds. While the other venues were beautiful, they simply were not Miracle Garden. For everything you receive for the price and the quality of the experience, it truly is a no-brainer. To our surprise, when we returned a year later, Ricardo ended up being our coordinator. It truly felt like everything came full circle. From day one, he was professional, funny, reassuring, and genuinely cared about us. His integrity was evident from our very first meetings. He doesn't just love what he does, he truly loves his couples and wants them to have the best wedding experience possible. The planning process was surprisingly stress-free. As a bride, I'll admit I started getting nervous seeing other brides online sharing every wedding detail. I wondered if we were behind, but looking back, I realized Leidys and her team knew exactly what they were doing. Our food tasting was such a fun experience. There were so many delicious options, and the cake was incredible. To this day, our guests still talk about how amazing the food was at our wedding. As Mexicans, we know that is one of the biggest compliments you can receive because our families can definitely be critics! We received nothing but amazing feedback. One of the things we loved most is how much Miracle Garden includes in their packages. It truly allows you to relax and enjoy being engaged. Even though I added personal touches because that is just the type of bride I am, every idea I brought to the owner and team was welcomed with kindness and excitement. Leidys deserves so much recognition. She envisioned a "jardín europeo" style for our wedding, and I immediately fell in love with the idea. She transformed that vision into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The white flowers, greenery, and floral structure created the romantic garden atmosphere I had always dreamed of. I still remember telling her, "I trust you. Surprise us." Her face lit up because she was genuinely excited to create something beautiful. Her creativity, passion, and love for making couples' dreams come true are truly remarkable. She was always available to answer questions and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Our wedding was not just another event to her; she treated it as if it were her own wedding. She poured her heart and soul into every detail. One of my favorite memories happened right after our ceremony. Leidys saved the entire reception setup as a surprise for us and covered my eyes as we walked toward the reception so I would not see anything beforehand. When she uncovered my eyes, I was completely speechless. Seeing everything come together brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I dreamed of and more. She made us, but especially me as the bride, feel so incredibly special. Ricardo was also incredible on our wedding day. He was there from the morning until the very end, making sure vendors were coordinated, the timeline stayed on track, and every detail was handled seamlessly. One moment I will never forget was after our ceremony when he made sure my husband and I had our drinks waiting for us before we even thought about getting one ourselves. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how much he truly prioritized us. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the drinks were, and how much of a hit the shot cart was. Many of our family and friends have told us that our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we wanted it to be. I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the event to compliment him and tell me what an amazing job he was doing. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. That being said, I do feel that communication could really use some improvement. It was often difficult to get answers to simple questions. There were times when days, and even weeks, would go by without receiving a response to messages I had sent. I often had to send the same message multiple times before getting an answer. It also felt like I would receive a response more quickly from the owner whenever I mentioned potentially adding an additional service to my package. When I did receive responses from the owner, they often focused on whether I wanted to add a particular service to my package, which sometimes came across as more of a sales opportunity than an effort to answer my questions. Because of this, I eventually felt discouraged from reaching out with questions directly. I also feel that some of the staff could benefit from additional training, particularly when it comes to professionalism and customer service. There was an older gentleman on-site who was rude to multiple guests, including both my husband's parents and my parents, which was disappointing and not something you want to hear. (Safe to say we were both upset hearing about that during the event) The lead bartender was also very rude to my husband. Her communication was unprofessional, and several of the responses we received from her were confusing and left us questioning whether we were communicating with someone who understood the responsibilities of their role. She also seemed to have very little knowledge about the details of our event, and it did not appear that there was much communication between her and the owner. Thankfully, I sent a confirmation text a few days before the event because that was apparently the only way she became aware that we were having a cocktail hour. There were also a few details with the décor that were disappointing. Some decorative elements were added to the tables even though we had specifically discussed a few days before the event that we did not want those elements included. Despite these issues, the venue itself was absolutely stunning, and Ricardo was truly exceptional. His hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our experience. I just hope the venue takes the other feedback seriously, as improving communication and staff training would make an already beautiful venue an even better experience for future couples.

During our consult he listened to what we wanted for our wedding and he even provided suggestions on how to make our wedding more unique through our song/lighting choices. On our wedding day, he was on time and made sure everything started on time and flowed smoothly. He created a great playlist of songs based on our likes and dislikes. Nick is also very professional. During our reception, the owner of the facility told him the music needed to be turned down. He politely obliged. The owner got mad and started yelling at him in front of the guests saying he didn't turn it down low enough (mind you, you at this point could not hear it in the tent 15 feet away). The owner then took Nicks laptop and started cursing at Nick (again in front of my guests). He kept his cool and was able to deescalate the situation and save the night for us. Our coordinator, Sara, was truly incredible and made everything run perfectly from start to finish. Right before the ceremony, I had an issue with my lashes and was supposed to do our private vows right before. Sara had to completely pivot the schedule last minute, and she handled it like a pro. She quickly rearranged everything so we were still able to do all we wanted right after the ceremony and during golden hour photos, it ended up being perfect. Leading up to the big day, Sara made planning so easy. She scheduled Zoom calls to go over details, helped me brainstorm ideas, and even reminded me about little decor pieces or things I might have forgotten. I could text or email her anytime with questions, and she always responded quickly. About 30 days before our wedding, Sara took over communication with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when, which took so much stress off of us. Everything ran smoothly because of her, and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her help. If you're getting married at Windmill Canyon Ranch or anywhere else, we can't recommend Timeless Timelines enough, especially Sara. I selected Citrus Historic Park as my wedding venue, and as part of that agreement, I was required to use Timeless Timelines as my wedding coordination company. Initially, the planning process began positively. I worked with Makenzie, who was excellent--she was responsive, thorough, and guided me through the planning process. I believed she would be my wedding coordinator. At my 60-day meeting, I was introduced to Maribel and informed that she would be my day-of coordinator. During our meeting, we reviewed my expectations, décor setup, and floor plans for both the ceremony and reception. Maribel took notes and entered information into her laptop, which gave me confidence that everything was organized. Unfortunately, on my wedding day, many critical details were not executed as discussed. Without consulting me, Maribel changed my approved floor plan. The bar was moved from outside to inside, which caused long lines that interfered with guests seated for dinner. As a result, my younger sister had to sit separately from our family. Additionally, the appetizer table was never set up, despite being something Maribel had assured me she would handle. I had to consistently remind her to restock the dessert table. My unity table for the ceremony was also not set up. Instead, the box that my items were shipped in was placed on the table. This was extremely disappointing, as this table was meant to be a meaningful part of the ceremony. One of the primary reasons I chose this venue was the ability to make my grand entrance through the double glass doors. Because the bar was relocated indoors, this was no longer possible. Instead, I was redirected to enter from the side of the building, which required walking through water and mud. I also had no flowers at my ceremony. During planning, I explained that my reception centerpieces would be used to line the ceremony aisle and later moved inside. I specifically asked whether I needed to assign a family member to handle this, and Maribel assured me she would take care of it. This did not happen. Additionally, my ceremony music was incorrect because Maribel provided the DJ with the wrong song for the bridal party entrance. Guest tables were not set up correctly. The gold placemats that were supposed to be placed at each setting were forgotten. My aunt noticed this and placed them out shortly before guests arrived. When I later explained this issue to the owner, I was told it was acceptable because the placemats were eventually put out before guests entered, which does not change the fact that the setup was not completed as contracted. The bartenders hired through the venue were also unprofessional. When the credit card system stopped working, they refused to manually process payments and turned guests away, even though there was a required minimum alcohol sales amount for which we would be financially responsible. My husband and I paid an additional $1,000 to extend our reception by one hour, expecting the event to conclude at 12:00 a.m. with cleanup until 1:00 a.m. Despite this, centerpieces began being removed at approximately 10:30 p.m., and Maribel left the venue shortly after I did at 12:10 a.m., while guests were still present. This resulted in a complete loss of the extra hour we paid for. I contacted the owner to discuss these issues. Due to the holidays, we connected in early January, and I was told I would receive a follow-up. As of the second week of February, I have received no response. I paid for services that were not delivered and for commitments that were not honored. At this point, I am exploring legal options regarding breach of contract. My intention in sharing this experience is to caution future couples. Planning a wedding is stressful, and couples should be able to trust their coordination team. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service promised. While I cannot redo my wedding day, I hope this review helps others protect theirs.
