I found Special Impressions and placed my order on the Saturday before Mother's Day, having little hope that they would actually be delivered on time. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the flowers not delivered in time for the special day. Later in the day on Sunday, I received a long voicemail from the owner, Allen, offering a very heart felt apology for the situation and offering to try and make up for it. So, on the Monday after, my mother received a call from him and they delivered an upgraded bouquet to her place of work. I'm leaving out a lot of small details, but Allen and the whole team at Special Impressions went above and beyond in making up for a situation that was beyond their control, going so far as to reach out to other suppliers looking for flowers that Allen said he would feel comfortable representing the quality his shops strives to deliver.
