The problem is we didn't know we had to exchange the old for a new for it to be covered through Moore. Which isn't their fault! We had bought a water heater from HD, then called to get it credited. We ordered our kitchen sink, faucets, and some hardware with them. I wanted to also order all cabinetry hardware with them, but when its SO hard to get an appt or email back I decided we couldn't give them anymore business. Chip at Pierce Hardware is amazing if you're looking for top notch customer service and someone who knows the trade well! Today we got a letter in the mail from a 3rd party saying that we/our contractor had not paid our bill with Ferguson from back in April and we were over due. Such a nightmare, it was all paid at time of purchase. Their system is a mess and causes such unnecessary stress. Just avoid them!
