They even made a big deal about forming two lines and going down both sides of the table, but Chuck had to mete out the burnt beef, weird tortillas, and nameless sausage one person at a time. Then, after serving yourself beans, corn, and potatoes, the peach cobbler was pre-portioned in servings of about three tablespoons! And it was cold. Worst "Texas BBQ" I have ever had, even compared to other event centers. Staff came through while the kids were doing awards and took plates, even though some of them had barely started eating. I will never recommend 4BarK as a location for an organizational event. Two stars because none of the staff was actively rude. P.S. The restrooms are labeled as "Stables" and are about that nice - gentlemen might as well go urinate on the barn wall out back.
