I rented the place for 150 guests but was told 2 months before my wedding when I sat down with one of the coordinators, that they could only seat 130 comfortably.... 2. They claim they are apart of the church and the renting of the venue supports their expenses HOWEVER I caught them lying about this multiple times and I have text proof of them attempting to change my chairs and back ground becuase they "belonged to the church which was completely seperate from the venue" but when I first toured the sales pitch was that the espenses help the church and mission expenses?? 3. Invoice issues, I have an accounting background and I kept noting that my invoices were increasing over time as if it was accumulating interest, then I noticed a "credit card fee" that kept fluxating and get this, it wasnt a third party charging the sketchy fee it was them manually editing the invoice. AND my payments were being made in cash so why was this fee on there in the first place? 4. They kept my deposit because they found a vape, and vaping is against their rules. When I asked for a picture they blocked me and then cashed my $1000 check. Oh and they tried using my wedding as content and they blocked me on social media as well LOL TRASH PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. NOT TO MENTION THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS PLACE, TOILETS NOT WORKING, OVERGFLOWING TRASH CANS, SMALL PARKING LOT ( ANOTHER THING WE WERE LIED TO ABOUT, THEY TOLD US BY THE TIME WE HAD OUR WEDDING THE PARKING LOT WOULD BE EXTENDED, THAT WAS A LIE) THE HORRIBLE HVAC SYSTEM THEY HAVE, THE CLUELESS OWNER AND STAFF MEMBER THAT WAS LEFT AS A VENUE COORDINATOR COULD NOT EVEN PULL BACK BLINDS, SECURITY HAD TO HELP CAUSING ME TO GO DOWN THE ISLE AT THE WRONG TIME. We arrived on the day of the event for set up, where we were greeted by a worker who quickly ran through how to set up the air conditioning. She must have skipped instructions on the lights because tragically they wouldn't turn on in the foyer during our presentation and we were stuck in the dark. I tired multiple light switches before realizing the lights simply were broken and the chandeliers were NOT turning on. This left all my guests in the dark and I was not happy. Additionally, the table cloths were as wrinkly as crinkled paper with company to mix matched chairs. Super classy... Overall, I do not recommend this venue for anyone is trying to plan a special event and especially not for couples to be wed. I would hate for them to have to deal the unprofessionalism on their special day.

The owner was rarely available, which made it extremely difficult to get clear answers when important decisions needed to be made. She had two assistants who were genuinely wonderful and very helpful whenever we spoke with them. However, when it came to bigger questions or final decisions, they often didn't have the authority or information to give us an answer. Because of this, we frequently found ourselves waiting for responses or struggling to get in contact with the owner, which created unnecessary stress during wedding planning. Another issue we experienced was after the event. We accidentally left behind two large pots and an electric pan. While we understand that leaving items behind was our mistake, we were disappointed to learn that they had been thrown away rather than someone reaching out to us first to see if we wanted to retrieve them. The assistants were kind and helpful throughout the process, and we appreciated their efforts. However, the lack of accessible leadership and consistent communication made the overall experience frustrating.

The décor, aesthetic, and layout made for a beautiful backdrop for my daughter's wedding reception, and the day-of staff were kind, apologetic, and genuinely tried to address issues as they came up. That part of the experience was appreciated. However, the coordination leading up to and during the event was deeply disappointing -- especially for such a significant occasion. The cocktail hour was scheduled to begin at 2:30, but the setup team had it listed as 3:15, creating immediate confusion. When cocktail hour did start on time, we waited for appetizers we were told wouldn't arrive until 3:00 -- and they didn't actually show up until 3:30, leaving only 15-20 minutes before the hour ended. The bar situation was equally frustrating. I had paid for 200 beers to be available during the cocktail hour, which flowed into the reception. However, once those ran out, I was told there would be no additional beer available -- despite having specifically arranged for a cash bar with four beer options to continue through the reception. At that point, staff said they would have to try to source beer from the neighboring restaurant. That is not something guests should ever hear at a paid, planned event. Dinner brought another surprise: the tortillas provided by the neighboring restaurant were frozen, causing a 10-15 minute delay for fresh ones to be prepared. Dinner gets 5/10. Most of these issues trace back to communication problems with our coordinator, Rose. There were multiple instances where I requested information and received no response -- yet when payment was due, I received an invoice and a call at 3:30 PM demanding payment by 5:00 PM the same day. The venue has real potential and the space is genuinely lovely. But coordination and follow-through need significant improvement before I could recommend it without reservation for a major event.

I was a little apprehensive but all communications were received without problem. You are asked to check in the day before and you will have to send in a picture of a valid ID. The morning of arrival you will be emailed instructions on how to use your room entry code and the lobby code for after hours. The hotel is on the third floor and the building also is shared by many condo owners as well as two outstanding restaurants on the first floor: The West Table (amazing!!!) and the Brewery LBK (great!). The West Table provides some shared and some unique food options at the brewery every night. There's also a vending machine (drinks only) and a nice ice machine on the 3rd floor where all the rooms are. Parking was not a factor. There was plenty of parking up and down Broadway so we didn't have to walk very far at all. Never felt unsafe. We were in room #303 the "Black & Gold" suite. All top notch, nice. We were sent a text by housekeeping our first morning to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch. Room was quiet, nice king bed & bedding. Nice wet bar & wine refrig. Maybe the only negative was that suites 301-304 face Broaddway, so there was a little road noise at times, nothing that woke me up.
