On Friday when we made our offer she again spent most of the day negotiating for us to get us everything we wanted and some things we had not thought about. That was 5 days solid. Just with us. After the offer was accepted on Friday evening her and her team went straight to work and by Monday afternoon we had the home, pest, and septic inspections done. I could not have been more pleased with the professionals she referred. I have NEVER had a Realtor that set up all of the inspection and as fast as Kristi did. We had an issue with the title company that the sellers agent had set up as they where having trouble with the remote closing for my wife.
