You pay between $550-$700 for the most low bar, unprofessional, under qualified service you will ever find, in all of the US. I worked with CRYSTAL at this branch for several appointments over 6 months. The last appointment was before thanksgiving. She decided to take two customers on the same day. Her technique was sloppy, rushed, and extremely violent with my already fragile, blonde hair. After washing, you are supposed to be very gentle with hair until product has been applied. You are supposed to part the hair gently with a comb, apply product to every strand, and gently brush through, then blow dry. She was butchering my hair. Using the brush (in picture) to YANK MY HAIR OUT OF MY SKULL while it was wet, without product, to get through the appointment as soon as humanly possible, and get overpaid, with no regard for my hairs health, or survival. It was an extremely painful, grueling experience. I was working and looking down during the appointment. I would look up when the pain from lumps of hair being pulled out of my skull would get too extreme, and ask her to please be gentle, because it hurts, and is also concerning. Instead of taking the feedback, and earning her overpriced service dollars, she lost it. She told me to be quiet, and threatened that she will abandon the service mid way. Imagine this: you're in the middle of a Brazilian blowout appointment, wet hair, half your hair has product, the other half doesn't. And you're told to shut up and stop complaining because you're in pain as your hair being butchered and you can feel it being yanked out of your skull. It's disgusting. And immature. And a sign that this person is not qualified to do this job. Afraid of her blowing up on me again, I stayed silent for the remainder of the appointment. I was screaming inside for hours as she kept pulling at my hair, yanking it out of my skull with every butcher-like strike at my head. I kept my mouth shut as her blow dryer was directed perpendicularly at my head and BURNED MY SCALP. I needed to use burn cream afterwards. I stayed silent as I saw her miss critical parts of my hair, knowing that these parts need more attention in order for the service to work. Not only that. I paid $550 of money she should not have earned, only to realize a day later, that the service didn't even work. It's as if no Brazilian blowout was even done. My hair was not straight. It was still curly at the roots in the front. Either she did not apply sufficient product to my hair or (more likely), the product she used was counterfeit. They dilute the product because the original Brazilian blowout is mostly out of stock in California. So they do this to keep getting clients, and increase the price. I've been doing Brazilian blowout regularly for the past 10 years. That's over 60 times. I know exactly how this service is done, and what your hair is supposed to look like afterwards. My hair had the exact same creases. It's as if the service never even took place. A waste of time, money, and most important, huge lumps of my hair. I also realized after medical consultations, that a huge chunk of my hair (in the back) was actually BURNED or BROKEN off because of the incorrect use of a "straightening iron." This happened within the 3-6 month period that I had been working with Crystal. I never use straightening irons or heating products at home. The only place where they are used are at the salon, while I'm doing Brazilian blowout. I came to this branch because I thought that being overpaid must also mean that you are qualified. I could not have been more wrong. Coming here has led to most of my hair being BROKEN off, thousands of dollars wasted, and deep regret. Do NOT come here. Even if it's the last place on Earth. You will be overcharged in order to lose all your hair, and get treated horribly. They truly do not deserve your business.

It's my second time going to this salon. Love the result (just check out the video)! Highly…read morerecommend

About halfway through I realized I've been coming often enough that the monthly membership would make sense for me. Slightly discounted from the regular price. I've had multiple stylist and all good experiences but some I liked more than others- Phoebe, Gabby, Scar, and Iannkel are my favorites. I show them inspo pics of what I want and they work their magic. I love the products they use in my hair - it always smells so good when I'm done. It's that dry bar signature scent. I will say I've been to other dry bars like in Palo Alto and SoCal that didn't do a great job but I've had great experiences at the LG location. Just find a stylist or two you really like and stick with them.

Unfortunately, we got stuck in traffic, so I called ahead to see if we could push the appointment back by about 15 minutes. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and immediately shut it down, repeatedly citing their 15-minute grace period. I explained the situation and still tried my best to make it there within that window. We arrived at 4:44 into the parking lot and ran into the building at 4:46pm, I was parking and helping my elderly mother-in-law out of the car--I wasn't going to rush off and leave her behind just to check in a minute earlier. When we got to the front desk, they refused to accommodate us. The receptionist said she would "go ask the manager," but the time spent doing that could've been used to actually start our services. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no effort to make a birthday visit feel special. We ended up leaving without getting our hair done. For a service-based business, especially one centered around pampering and customer experience, this was incredibly disappointing.

She didn't do the job correctly in the first attempt so I asked for an another appointment. I was very clear that I only color the part which shows gray hair but in the second appointment, instead of fixing the old problem , she thought it's easier to apply the color on the whole scalp. I kept telling her not to touch roots but she had her own explanations and continued to do what seemed correct to her. Now the results are : I have itchy scalp with lots of dandruff and roughness , specially the bottom part of my hair is badly damaged. Tremendous amount of hair fall which I never had in my life (clearly the color she applied had something in it ). Even though she said it's ammonia free, but while she was applying this color, I told her this is the first time I am feeling the itchiness and headache but her answer was , "oh I don't know why you feeling this way, it's probably your skin". She couldn't even get rid of black spots from my forehead after the wash. Although it wasn't the first time that I requested ammonia free hair color from this salon but it would definitely make me never going back there .

They use high-quality products that never leave my hair feeling dry or fried. What I appreciate most is the honesty. My colorist is super straightforward and realistic from the start about what is actually attainable for my hair. Plus, she generously teaches me how to maintain the color at home so I don't have to spend a fortune visiting her as often. Honestly, I still get compliments on my highlights even 6 months afterwards! You can tell they put their clients first, not just the payout. Insider Tip: They are rightfully very busy! They do welcome walk-ins, but it's definitely not guaranteed. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment in advance. Honor your appointment time or else you might need to get back in the queue.

I used to visit this salon when Kim worked here, and she was always friendly, welcoming, and did a great job cutting my hair. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different. This time, I wasn't able to make an appointment in advance, so I walked in. A hairstylist asked whether I had an appointment or was a walk-in. When I told her I was a walk-in, she abruptly told me they couldn't accommodate me. What bothered me was not that they were unable to take me, but the way it was communicated. She didn't ask what service I needed, offer any alternatives, or suggest making an appointment for another day. The salon normally closes at 7:00 PM, and it appeared there was still time before closing, so I was left wondering why I couldn't be helped. I used to bring my kids here for haircuts, and the atmosphere was never like this before. Sadly, this experience left me feeling that the staff does not value or know how to treat customers respectfully. Based on this visit, I am very disappointed and will think twice before returning.
