Honestly don't get the appeal or the great reviews for the place. It's a mediocre haircut place at best. The lady who cut my hair basically used clippers most of the time and didn't wash the hair before cutting which is strange. You can mold the hair however you want if you use product, but the mark of a good haircut is it sits without dumping product in the hair. It is time for my annual haircut, now that the weather is getting warmer. I went to so-called "craft" hair cutters that charge a premium for a haircut with a shampoo, and I was not pleased. Here, I told the haircutter my expectations, and he showed me a photo to be sure of what I wanted. Yes, was my reply, and went right to work. After the haircut, came the nice warm shampoo which really relaxed me. Styling afterwards, he asked if I wanted hairspray or mousse, both of which I said caused me to have an allergic reaction.
