The Real Meat Society was founded by Paul Day with the vision of restoring honest craft of butchery in Prague with organic Czech meat, transparency and respect for the product.
From the beginning, the focus was on working exclusively with Czech farms, certified organic sourcing, and in-house production led by skilled butchers.
