Prices were a bit high for me. I would be fun to spend a weekend morning wandering through the resale stores after brunch downtown. Service was a man that answered questions and would check out any purchases.

If you need good quality refurbished equipment, they can set you up for a lot less than expected. They also teach! Guitar at least, that's what I inquired about. I took my guitar in for repairs and it was done faster than promised and cost less than they quoted. I've read the other reviews that said they can work on customer service; and I can see how they could get impatient with silly questions and trying to barter a buck off a record cost. Come on though, this isn't a warehouse bargain store or dollar crap shipped from China. It's for people serious about music and I personally feel blessed to have their expertise in our area.
