I've walked by the shop a few times on my way to other businesses in the facility and my curiosity finally lead me in. The Hidden Gem is a descent size shop, clean, organized, and has a lovely aroma of incense. It felt very inviting and open. They have a huge assortment of crystals, stones, and gems--small and large. There is a large display of incense too. Many other treasures can be found throughout the shop like candles, plants, and unique items from local artists and brands. I found adorable Alice in Wonderland candles that I may need to return for. Everything seemed fairly priced too. The shop's staff are beyond nice and they have readers (tarot, physic, crystal) at the shop everyday. Whether you are looking to add some enchantment to your everyday life or looking for a unique gift for a crystal loving friend, Hidden Gem On Main is the spot! The new location is beautiful. Situated on the corner of South Colony and Quinnipiac Street, you'll find free parking behind the building. In the same parking lot, you will find the Azteca Bakery and the Six One Nine Supper Club, a market and Taqueria. The store has a mix of vintage, handmade, new and used items. The prices were definitely on point. I was very pleased with the prices of the handmade items that we purchased. My son and I found a Father's Day gift and a birthday gift for my mother. There was plenty there for me, but Jacob was ready to go home after a long morning of gallivanting.
