The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable enough, but sheesh, sometimes I wish I could find an Army cot to nap on while I'm waiting to talk to someone. I recently bought a gun at THAT place, and paid fifteen dollars less than what Bastiani Arms charges. But then, if I'd bought the gun at Bastiani, I'd have about an hour of my life handed back to me. If saving every dollar is important to you (and believe me, I can get behind that with my Scottish ancestry 'n all), go to that other place and wade through the throngs of people as you wait for what passes for customer service.
