We were starving and there's not a lot of options in this neck of the woods so we stopped at this little food truck along the road. We were blown away! Not only was it the cleanest food truck/outdoor seating area I've ever seen but the food was great. And bonus points - the staff were super nice and helpful. He had the steak wrap and I had the veggie wrap and we shared the Greek fries. The wraps were soooo good - super fresh, well wrapped (easy to eat and drive) with lots of veggies and a super flavorful sauce. The fries were perfect - crispy, slightly thicker than shoestring fries, with lots of herbs and feta plus a great herby dipping sauce. We were on the way to Homer, needed lunch somewhere, I found this restaurant on Yelp and saw some awesome reviews so we had to try! Clean easy to use FLUSHING restrooms, if you've been to Alaska you know how that's few and far between. The patio was cutely decorated with lots of seating for our group of 8. We all enjoyed the mix between Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. We had one lactose intolerant person with us and we were able to find something for him to eat and enjoy. One of the best salads I've eaten. Stopped by here on our way down to Homer. Didn't realize most places are closed Sunday so our options were a bit slim. However, we decided on this food truck (which has a darling little seating area) to eat outdoors since the weather was beautiful. I ordered the Reindeer Food salad with gyro meat and at the associate's recommendation I got both dressings and it was phenomenal. I wanted something lighter but didn't want to skimp on flavor and this hit the mark. 10/10 would eat again! Stop and try!!! read more
