Bruised from a 20 minute chair massage!! This was absolutely the worst massage I have ever received. The lady didn't seem like she cared to make me feel "relaxed". She was lackadaisically massaging me, with a few prods, tugs, and bruises. Most of the time, she had just one hand on me and focused on my neck. Didn't touch my back once. Those bruises are on my left arm. I had to ask her to massage my right. It seemed like she was not focused on. Probably on the lookout for her next victim. My daughter received a massage from a man and said her massage was okay. She was done before me and watched the lady massage me. She could tell how bad of a massager the lady is. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about a massage place in the mall. I happened to be having a neck issue and felt desperate for some relief and a solution. I was walking through the mall, saw a couple of people in the entrance handing out flyers and asked myself- What do I have to lose? Someone handed me a flyer with prices that I took a minute to review. I quickly chose a 20 minute chair massage. I pointed to my neck and said Pain. He set a timer and went right to it. It felt great and also provided relief. I have seen the chairs set up in the middle of the mall but wouldn't be comfortable out in the middle of everything. This place is great because it's more private. It's located near Sears. For someone like me that struggles with planning ahead due to a hectic schedule, it's perfect! My daughter and I went for a 30 minute chair massage. The vibe was tense when we were waiting and from the tone if their voices it appeared the older Asian man and women were sniping at each other, but since it wasnt in English I wasn't for sure. Once we were in the chairs and the massage started the two started actually screaming at each other. Like six inches away from each other's faces while the man was working on my daughter. He did pause the massage to scream at the woman. I sat up and asked what was happening and the young guy doing my massage (who had done a good job up until this point) put his hand on the back of my head and pushed it back onto the face rest saying, "It's okay." The screaming team stop for a second and then started up again at which time I sit up again, and again dude pushes my head back down. I can say it was NOT relaxing at this Relax Place. Don't get me wrong, if I were just passing by, I would have stopped and found this interesting. However, being in the middle of it (paying for a service), it was very disconcerting. My daughter said when the older guy got back to rubbing her, you could tell he was taking his aggression out on her back "like when your mom is mad and brushing your hair." Had the worst experience ever and will not go back. They lost 2 people that came every 2-3 weeks. Had a free 10 min coupon from going so much. I prepaid for my husband hr table 75$ and mine came to be $20. After the massage the guy started yelling at her and she would look at me and he would point to the clock. He was screaming at her. I had no clue what was going on because they speak no English at all. We went to the register as he still screamed at her, took my coupon and tossed it at her 2xs. He wrote down 30-10=20. I said yea. She charged me 20$. So he yelled and yelled at her right in front of me, my husband and 3 guest. I finally said "how much more do I owe?" She held up 10 fingers. I paid and he still screamed at her. I said with prayer hands "be nice to her". And he walked away. I left and will not go back. I am going to write a letter to the company. let me start off by saying the guy was really nice also I like it rough but omg my girlfriend surprised me with an hour massage and 30 minute foot massage cert for Christmas I was so excited i love massages and am always sore but I was laying there wondering when it was gonna end it hurt so so bad just digging the fingertips into your shoulder blades over and over, when it got to the foot massage I started to finally relax but then he started pushing down hard on my shins and I almost kicked him.. Excellent massage. I got a 60 minutes body massage and a 30 minutes foot. She was great. I would definitely recommend going there.
