By the end of the conversation he would say " can you please email me everything you just said" we were disgusted. No Chris, how about you write them down or take note if you even cared about what we really needed for a home. It's pretty clear he's more about himself. For instance his " gift" for us was a cutting board/ cheese board with his " Chris Carozza" name right in the center for all to see. Can't help but think he did this to promote himself for if we use for parties and for people to see his name and ask questions. Don't waste your time with this clown. The property group master policy and the property group have been a nightmare. From lying about saying that the by Laws state that I have no discretion to hire my own contractors, to telling me that the insurance check I got from my personal property was to be written directly to them, they have been nothing but bullies for this entire process. Its forced me to get a lawyer not only to protect myself and my home, but also get the work done to my home by contractors and companies that I approve of. They even went so far as to call my mitigation company and tell them not to do work and they were sending over the company of their choice. Ive never been so sickened by a company in my life. I have been an owner for 13 years and my HOA fees PAY TOWARDS the master policy. In no way, shape or form will I allow myself to be stepped on and pushed over by Taylor and those at The Property Group.
