I had a very similar situation as a previous client reported . Paid cash for a 2012 vehicle. The car stopped in its tracks with no warning lights. Thank God I wasn't on a major roadway!! Had it towed to my mechanic and found out the engine seized up for no reason. We owned the car for less than two months and put 500 miles on it. Worst place EVER!!! They are all liars! Don't waste your time. Went to purchase a car from them on a Saturday, under the agreement that they would repair some issues with the vehicle, make sure it was clean and detailed and also have all proper paperwork ready for us on Monday morning. That was the agreement as my parents flew in from the Virgin Islands to purchase a car ship it back. When we arrived Monday, NOTHING was done (the car wouldn't even start) and our salesperson and the owner gave EVERY excuse they could think of. The title for the car couldn't even be located. After getting rightfully upset and asking for our money back, Ray decided to have one of his sales people call the police- which worked out in our favor because we got every penny of our money back and took our business elsewhere. Easily the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Besides lying about the big stuff like the condition of the car (said it was a 9 of 10 but it had bald tires, dead battery, numerous dents/scratches, body work done with drywall screws and scotch tape-- seriously) they even lied about the small stuff (like when car was shipped, when they would mail title, having spare keys, and having the car detailed before shipping-- car actually had bird crap and cat food inside). Just remember, for every one bad post about these guys there are probably 50 unsatisfied customers that just don't bother. Don't be fooled by these guys. They are an absolute joke. read more

Do not go to this place to buy a car. They are shady and dishonest. We called and asked the mileage on a car and was told it was 140k. Angel said he would walk around the car and call back. We had to call backs hours later and he said he was busy. We were coming from out of town to look at the car and placed a $200 to hold the car. We asked several several times if the $200 was refundable and Angel insisted every time that it was refundable if we did not like it. We received the bill of sale via email and the mileage stated 148k and not the 140k he stated. The price included a fee of $ 795.00 for paperwork and the other stuff they include which is really high compared to other places we looked. We told Angel the budget we were working with several times and he never mentioned the additional $795.00 fee. We called back that evening and asked if the fee could be decreased , Angel said he would ask his manager and call us right back. We did not hear back from that day. The next day we were waiting for his call, finally around 1pm we called them, the first time someone answered and put us on hold and then we were disconnected. We called back and asked for Angel, this time the phone went straight to voicemail. We had his cell number and he answered on his cell. We asked if he talked to his manager , he was extremely rude and said " no , can't do anything " we then inquired about the deposit and he mumbled something like yeah yeah, we continue to ask questions only to realize he hung up on us. We are in the process of trying to get our refund back. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this place. Read all the reviews first , bc we did not and I wish we did. read more

Great car lot!!! As far as some people giving bad reviews they have to understand that they are buying a used car and just because something goes wrong with it after having it for a while don't make the car lot a bad place! When something goes wrong it just happens out of the blue most of the time and car lots are not wizards and witches who can see the future. That said, I bought a 2008 Ford Expedition about a month ago and it has been completely solid!!!! One owner, no accidents, mint condition and runs like a champ. I have driven back and forth to Miami and Orlando multiple times and the truck ran as smooth as a brand new car. The guys there are also very professional and treat you very good. If you were to have a problem I'm sure they would help you to the best of their ability, AS LONG AS YOU WERE'NT A DICKHEAD, cause they are not slimeballs. The problem is people want everything to be golden and when things don't go their way they want to blame the car lot. My experiance has been awesome and I would tell anyone to buy a car from them.
