Based on My Experience "The showroom at Lamborghini Palm Beach is beautiful, and they have an incredible selection of vehicles on display. When I arrived, the initial reception was a bit cold it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me or ask if I needed assistance, even though the floor wasn't busy. Once I did get to speak with a representative, they were professional and knowledgeable about the cars, but the overall buying process felt very standard and transactional. For an exotic vehicle purchase, you kind of expect a highly personalized, 'wow-factor' level of customer service, but this felt closer to an ordinary car dealership experience. I went to visit this dealership last week. I met Tom, the general manager who gave me his info as I told him I was about a month away from a purchase. Things went faster and I was ready to make the buy in a week. I have emailed Tom - no answer. I have now called 2x. The first time Tom was busy but would call me back. The second time the receptionist tells me the sales manager will call me back. Nada. What a shame. This dealer is 2 miles from my office, but, if this how they operate, there is no chance this dealer will have my business. I guess it's nice to be a Lamborghini dealer. Captive audience. Not me! I'd pay more to get a dealer that at least returns a call or an email. The real shame is I'll now need to take my car for service someplace far less convenient read more

Honestly if I could rate Lamborghini Palm Beach lower I would . Buyer beware - proceed with caution when purchasing a preowned vehicle from this dealer. They claim to have some "100 point inspection " process but it's all BS. The Range Rover I purchased from them showed up with a sheered caliper bolt , SRS light activated and front brake pads that were completely worn out. I called the dealership to let them know if my situation , the GM told me he would follow up with me after the repairs were completed but all I got was crickets. My experience with these guys is the worst I have ever experienced in over 35 years of buying and trading cars (I tend to trade cars every 6-9 months). These guys had a preowned Carrera that I contacted them about. Ken Milordis is who I initially dealt with. I actually spoke with him one time, all other communication was via text or email. We made an agreement, and I was ready to move forward and booked a plane ticket to Miami to pick up the car. The next morning, he emailed me, terms had changed at a higher cost to me, but I agreed. Later that day, another email, another change in terms (again, with higher costs to me). I cancelled my plane ticket. The next day, another email with better terms, so I rebooked my plane ticket. That afternoon, things changed again, so I cancelled my plane ticket and cancelled the deal. I finally asked Ken if he had any experience selling cars as I have never seen so much back and forth. During the process, I sent them my certified check to pay for the vehicle, which they deposited into their account - despite not having any signed paperwork authorizing them to do so. When I cancelled the deal, they told that it would take 5-7 business days to return my money. Note that I sent them certified funds, but they sent my refund with a regular bank check which my bank held for 5 additional days. Since part of the deal was financed, and because they deposited my lender check, the bank charged me $126 in per diem interest. Had they not deposited my bank check, the charge would have been $0.00. These guys are liars, and I would be very careful when dealing with them. When I suggested that I would voice my experience in social media, the GM (Tom Prawdzik) sent me an email stating that he would have his legal term review anything I posted. Wouldn't it have been easier for him, as a GM, to call me and apologize for the misunderstanding and ask if there was anything he could have done to restore my confidence in their dealership, or even salvage the deal?? That's how these people operate and dealerships like this are what give the good guys a bad reputation - BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

I normally deal with the Lamborghini Miami Dealership. Gil the GM and Eddie the Service Manager always treat me like Family. --------- This was my 1st experience with Lamborghini Palm Beach. I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful and was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. Horrible experience. Was completely blown-off by Brent Ackerman because I was a first-time buyer and have less than perfect credit. Apparently he (incorrectly) judged me over this, and lost both a sale and future client. DO NOT SHOP HERE ! I just finished a more than difficult transaction with the folks here that includes 1) The GM (Jose) acusing me rudely that the transaction was taking too long and that I did not know the US tax laws when as it turns out he was in the wrong 2) Jose firing the only good sales person that seemed to be on the floor 3) The person taking over not having any interest in my transaction and always telling me how he had to deal with other customers 4) The car being mis-represented in terms of items included in the car and then the salesman trying to tell me that options listed did not mean they are included with the car ! 5) Still waiting for documentation / outstanding items 2 weeks post transaction following multiple follow ups.
