This place is EPIC!!! Our new favorite place in Key West. We spent hours here drinking beers and playing classic arcade games. What a blast!! My neighbors and I all stopped into the Retro Room after hearing about it on FB. We had a blast at 1pm on a Sunday! The bartender Tommy was so much fun. The place has free arcade games to play, a million board games, card games and toys to play with while exploring a bunch of unusual craft beers. As locals we had no idea this place existed before Sunday but we will definitely be coming back. They don't sell food but have a great delivery deal with Duettos if you are hungry. They have a full calendar of events posted on the door that we plan to give a try too. If you are looking for something different to try, stop in at Retro Room and tell Tommy the gang from Sugarloaf sent you! Don't forget to try the slinky races and it's definitely worth the dice tower roll for beer selection. Have fun! read more

This bar is retro at heart. I walked in and my 1980's childhood erupted in delight. Retro 80's standing video games and a 80's comic book covered bar with old cassette tapes on the bottom. I ordered the delta 9 strain lemon pound cake beer from Botanical Brewery - great tasting. read more

Okay this place was fun and I really loved the Marvel/Horror movie-esk decor/theme of this bar. Not only was it funky, but they have sake on tap AND this is somewhere that the locals hang out, so you know there is something special about it. Check it out next time you are in the area! read more

While visiting Key West, I decided to go and checkout The Retro Room with my brother-in-law and my husband. What a Cool spot!! The decor was neat with all of their Star Wars figures and I really liked the low-lighted ambiance to the place. Additionally, they had a Great selection of craft beer to drink there. And the bartender was very fun and chatty, and that made our experience there all the better. I also liked how they had a large selection of games available for visitors to play while there. Such a rad bar in Key West. They have an extensive list of beers and a bunch of throwback games. Truly a time capsule. We stopped by as we were exploring the area. I had a lovely IPA from islamorada called Iguana Bait. It has notes of hibiscus and if you enjoy light beers it is a must try! Now onto their games! They have a wall full of old board games and they have a back room full of games as well. I got to play pinball, guitar hero, and duck/buck hunter. It was so much fun. After about 2 hours, my husband and I ordered an espresso shot and were on our way! It is a Key West MUST! read more

This bar is fire! took me back to my child hood days. Great craft beer selection and the arcades are awesome. Such a nostalgic great vibe here and Keith the owner is very welcoming. I hope Yelp accepts the name change, but this place still exists under a new name, "The Retro Room". Apparently there is another "Glitch" named bar somewhere in FL that complained. This is by far the best bar in Key West. As "local's only" of a bar as you can get. I'm pretty sure my wife and I were the only one's who were out-of-towners. Quiet and relaxing, with plenty of board and arcade games. Got lots of advise on other places to go from the bartenders, and our Key West trip was better for it. read more

one of the best options for craft beer in key west (the bearded lady and Old Towne Tavern) being the others). this place oozes comic, star wars and classic arcade fanboy culture. from the superhero statues and print art on the walls, spacecraft hanging from the ceilings, and free arcade games as well as tons of parlor games (jenga , exploding kittens, cards against humanity etc). all that kitschy art plus 23 beers on taps. a staircase in the middle of the joint to a cozy booth at the top of the stairs. get off Duval and check it out, just blocks over on Simonton between Front Street and Greene. read more

Great spot. Off Duval about 1 block and Certainly worth the walk. It seemed like a locals spot. 23-24 taps with bottle and can options as well. Some hard to find brews and real craft beer which is hard to find in key west. Friendly bartender. Lots of cool games to play including Xbox , pac man board games. Reasonable prices 100% recommend.
