We had dinner here on our first day of exploring in Key West, FL Monday 2/02/26. This was the pick up & drop off site in Old Town via the shuttle from the Blue Flamingo Hotel. This place is BIG - 2 levels, but not to busy on this windy & cold Monday evening. Brewery & restaurant with two big game rooms. Can accomodate large groups, families, parties, etc. We sat at the bar. Blair brought us menus & drinks.They offer 8 of their house brews on tap. I had their Island Life lager ($4) & a wine ($5) during Happy Hour. And the second round wine was fair priced also ($9). Dinner was a Mahi sandwich ($17) & a burger ($14) both were hot & very good. Open: Sun-Thu 11am-11pm, Fri & Sat 11am-12am. Happy Hour 4-7pm. It can get busy with tourists as it is near the north end of Duval St. There is a paid municipal parking lot in front, street parking is extremely limited. As you would expect, they have a great beer list. Don't be afraid to try the local brews. What we didn't expect was the selection and quality of their sandwiches. You can't go wrong with any of these choices. I do hope at some point that they will add more pinballs to their arcade. It would be so appreciated. read more

I got the catch of the day, wahoo, which was served with rice and broccoli, and it was great. The boyfriend got ribs and a flight of beer. They only have preset flights and he wasn't overly impressed with the beer or the ribs. The brewery was huge, though, with an arcade inside and a marina outside. They tried to sit us near the windows which was right by the open door outside (this was August). It was hot, so we had to ask to move which made us feel bad since it meant a new waiter. She handled it well but I didn't like being put in that situation but also didn't want to sweat eating my food inside an A/C place. I'd appreciate being asked before being seated because I feel that is pretty common in places like this. read more

Service was friendly but the overall cleanliness here left me saying, no thanks. We were going to order food but when I saw how dirty the outside of one of their coolers was - I didn't want to risk getting food. If your customers can see visible dirt - who knows what your kitchen looks like. I started w the Crazy Lady and didn't love it. We decided to get beer to walk around with and half way through I discovered something in my beer. *You know their tap lines are dirty but how much foam pours out when they try to pull the tabs.* BARTENDER WAS BATTLING WITH YHE TABS TO GET A DECENT POUR. After a flight cancellation and having to rebook through another airline we had an extra day to fill and decided to stop here for lunch! We shared their nachos and omg it was exactly what we needed. These were so delicious, the pork was so tender and I loved the beer cheese on the side. It came out super quick too! After we ate, we played some of the arcade games they had. Cool spot to grab a meal or some locally brewed beers. The inside had a view of the beer tanks and brewery area, as well as an arcade and a gift shop. Our server did a great job (he was in training). As a fan of beer and breweries, we were surprised to see that there was a new (for us) brewery right across the street from our hotel when we were in town a couple of weeks ago! Of course, we had to check it out! Overall, it was good! The place is enormous! Long bar with plenty of seats, lots of tables, 2 stories! There is an arcade room and also shuffleboard in the back (which we played!). The bartender was friendly and greeted us right away. The only thing that I thought was strange, was they only offered 2 types of flights - already pre-picked. Typically, you can pick any beer you want to try... which is what I wanted to do. But either way, I was able to try some of their staple beers and they were good! They did have a food menu but we only stopped in for a few beers to try them out. read more

Mary and I stopped in for a snack while visiting in the area. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated. Our tasty beverages came right out. We nibbled on the bruschetta and seared scallops; both were delicious. We topped it off with a piece of key lime pie, exceptionally good. read more

Great convenient spot for bus tours and cruise visitors. Quite a big inside with booth, table and bar seating. Outside has a good view of the water but we were inside where it felt a bit worn. Game tables you can tell had been played hard over the years. We had the fish dip appetizer and fried shrimp. I thought the shrimp were really good but fish dip was just ok. I got the flagship beer flight and none of them were very good. Much likelier to find better beer in Islamorada. Still a cool local brewery and convenient to where we were. read more

I ordered the scallops and shrimp risotto, They hide the scallops in the risotto, chopped up, not sure if they are scallops or not. The risotto was seeping butter, pulled around the plate. The shrimp was sitting on top of the risotto, it was good. Not worth the cost. read more

Cool place We came here for happy hour to get a beer. They have a full arcade for the kids and two different rooms and also a pool table. Right on the waterfront with beautiful views. Lots of inside seating Kids menu. Gift shop. We didn't get any food but it all looked so good! We will be back . Friendly staff. Happy hour beer was $4! read more

We sat at the bar and ordered a flight of beer while we waited for a shuttle. Seems like there were some parking garages around. They had a preset flight for beer, the Flagship flight that came with: Island Life Crazy Lady Kited Cowboy Lazy Way Everyone was friendly and we didn't try any of the food but it looked delicious. In my opinion, the beer wasn't my favorite, they seemed a little flat and lacking in flavor. The island life had a weird after taste. Seems like a cool place to hangout with a nice view and there's some arcade games. We might come back to try the food one day. read more

We stopped in for some cold water and AC Shari Bush Parsons ordered a Chilled Black Bean Dip w Crispy Chips ...I tried it and it was very good! The atmosphere was nice! The staff a little short but the island was packed today because of a cruise ship at Port. I definitely would go back again to this nice large Brewery! Great service, great food at a great location by the docks/ marina. Lived there choice of beer (Lazy Way is my favorite).

If you're tired of the same fried food from the same three major foodservice providers that you can get on the mainland, then come to the Waterfront Brewery. The items on the menu may seem similar (wings, sandwiches, fried fish), but they're way better and unique. The chicken sandwich and the avocado chicken salad are unique highlights. The beer they brew is amazing (I've tried them all) and fresh on tap. Service is good and the people watching at the marina is a favorite past time. We always end up here multiple times on each visit to Key West. read more

There's a big paid parking lot to park in. Very beautiful entrance with the mural, and inside it is very loud, so be prepared! This brewery has an arcade inside, so it's loud from the games and all the kids playing the games. They have food, and the food is a good size for the price! Decent selection of beers. Came in from a cruise super hungry and sat at the bar, looking for what I saw on another Yelper's post, Mushroom Martini. Sounded amazing. Friendly server, but she informed us they stopped serving it after Covid. Oops. Instead, we ordered a Flower Power beer - DELICIOUS and refreshing - and the Black Bean Dip. Sadly, no server checked on us again til we were about done with the dip. Let's just say, we were planning to order a bunch of things on the menu, but the Black Bean Dip was in desperate need of hot sauce which we couldn't get cause no one checked on us, and it tasted so bad the only reason we ate it was because I was so hungry. The weather was beautiful and the indoor/outdoor feel of the restaurant with a view of the docks made it a great choice for lunch on an early Sunday afternoon. The menu had a wide selection of options. The beer flight sounded like a great place to begin and it turned out to be good value at $8. It was more than enough to have along with a meal. My friend and I split the tasty fish dip. We also split the Fish & Chips and the Bayou Shrimp. The fish had a good amount of batter and was fluffy and light. The Bayou Shrimp was spectacular. The sauce had a little spice (not Heat) to it, which I really enjoyed, it also came with a good amount of flavorful shrimp. I would definitely return to this establishment. read more

Beware-the night manager is a POS. We chose this place because they state they are open till 11. Purchased a last round of beers at 10:20 and the manager decided to close due to slow service. Rushed us out like cattle and was swearing at us. He says they decide when they close not google!!! Had to walk out the door leaving $40 worth of drinks on the table. Cannot tell you how angry I am. We've been to WFB several times over the years and have always been very satisfied with our meals. The beer was very good as was the fish dinners. We always had good and friendly service. We will go back when we visit KW in the near future. read more

Good food in a nice setting. On a hot muggy day, or on an even hotter muggier night, try to get one of the indoor tables that are against the windows looking out at the harbor -- you'll get all the benefits of a good view, plus air conditioning. Food is better than feared -- not too many restaurants have both waterfront views and good food, since one or the other is usually enough to pack the tourists in. I went big with a very nice seafood entree, and it was pleasantly flavorful and nicely prepared. The main drawback for me was my server vanished after taking my order. Eventually I had to refill the water myself, since I was getting awfully thirsty. The server did reappear near the end of the meal -- she seemed to be having some sort of nervous breakdown, or struggles of some kind. I didn't have the heart to complain to the manager-type-person (who came over after my fish was delivered to check on its quality -- I assured her it was very good), or to write a review too soon after I was there. Hopefully, the server is doing better now -- Key West is an extremely unhealthy place to be, if you've found yourself in a rough stretch of life. read more

Came here with a group of friends who were in town and getting seated and served was a breeze. It was a Saturday afternoon so we were expecting a wait but luckily we didn't wait at all. The place was busy without a doubt but it's a big restaurant and staffed well. Between the drinks and the food, everything was good. I ordered the Fish and Chips and it came hot, fresh out the fryer I presume! I think the portion was great and I was literally full the entire night after eating lunch here. I didn't care for the coleslaw but to be honest, I'm rarely wowed by one so I just didn't eat it. Our server had no problem giving our group 3 separate checks and she was also super attentive. I had low expectations for a restaurant in such a touristy spot but honestly, it was great for lunch. I would come back here again. Came here with the husband to celebrate his birthday. The hotel shuttle dropped us right in front of this place so we thought it was meant to be. Really enjoyed it though! The restaurant is right on the pier in the heart of key west. So you can get a beautiful view of the water. Also it's pretty cool bc they have arcade games you can play with your kids. A little after 8pm and all ten tables sitting all without food and I was nervous but tried the food. The waiter came by and he was great. We came in earlier today to check out the brewery now time for grub. Ordered the Mahi-Mahi sandwich, conch chowder and the fish dip which seems to be my goto in Key West. The craft beer is distilled in house so I ordered the Truman Imperial IPA 9.5%. Massive game room and souvenir store. The food came to the table within ten minutes and every dish was a 5 star. Wonderful spot within walking distance of the cruise port. Sat at the bar as we always do. Attentive service. I would actually rate a 4.5. They don't offer "you pick" flights. Great building, harbor front, view of the brewery. We had the Brewers fried chicken sandwich on the recommendation of bar keep. Delicious, a super big portion Easily share able.
