It has now been 3 weeks, and I still have not received anything. I have called multiple times and keep getting different answers -- that it's up to "corporate" or that a check has already been sent, yet nothing has arrived. One staff member (Meagan) was especially rude and dismissive when I tried to get an update, which made the situation even worse. Lisa was the only person who showed kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately she is no longer there. At this point, I am simply asking for the refund that was promised. I hope management takes this seriously and resolves it immediately.

The restrooms are pretty clean but the showers get backed up so you're standing in ankle deep water yuck the laundry room takes at least guarantee 2hrs to wash and dry a load. It's also $2 and up to wash and dry each load. It's noisy being right off the inter state but honestly not too bad. We can't wait for another rv park to have an opening for long term. It is small and has trees and the noise level is low. I mean it's not bad honestly and decent prices also

Very beautiful walk and live the shade provided by all the pecan trees. They call it Pecan Bayou in the park and have done very grand changes coming g up! Will be awesome when they are done but will also bring s lot more people to the area. Pros and cons of development. Would definitely stay again. It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. Stay a night or longer, this place can really feel like a quiet spot.
