I needed their services twice in the last two weeks. The first time, I needed a glass replaced on…read morean old picture frame. The second time, attach a stand so it can be placed on a table. When I dropped off the frame for the glass replacement, I was told it will be ready by end of day and I would receive a call. Fifteen minutes before their closing, although I had not received a call, I stopped by to pick up the order. They provided a complimentary hook to hang the frame. On a Friday, I dropped the frame for the stand attachment. I was given an estimation of ten days, including a week to order the stand. The following week on a Saturday, I decided to check if the stand had been received and find when the frame would be ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised the frame was ready for pickup as the job was done several days earlier. Although happy with their service, their communication could definitely be improved.

Of course there are times when this store, or any of the others for that matter, won't have exactly what you want, when you want it. For example, you might find slim pickings on some of the Christmas stuff before you've even thought about carving your Thanksgiving turkey. Therefore, it's best to shop early and get seasonal items as soon as they hit the shelves. Also, it's imperative for those on a budget (and who isn't right now!) to take advantage of sales and/or coupons whenever possible.
