I scanned the menu over and over to see what shake flavors they had and they weren't posted on the outside wall, which I think is odd. When I asked the guy at the counter what flavors they had, he just said "a lot" and said they were listed on the menu, gesturing to the wall. I didn't feel like arguing that they clearly aren't, nor do I think it makes sense to have them only inside (assuming they *are* listed on the wall inside). He wasn't rude, just clearly overstressed from the drama that had been happening between him and another employee since we got there. I ordered a small blackberry shake from the same girl who took my first order and it came out pretty quickly. However, when a different employee called out a shake that wasn't blackberry, but something similar (black raspberry or something like that), and no one else walked up to claim it, I walked up and asked if it was for Angela. She had an attitude and said she didn't know. I just took it since it seemed to be mine. This girl had been arguing with the other guy in the kitchen and making things awkward for the other staff, so I wasn't surprised that she was as unpleasant with me as she was with her coworkers. Real charmer. The shake was great though. Super creamy, thick, and sweet without being overly sweet. Chunks of berry were in nearly every sip. I shared an order of tater tots with my brother and they were perfectly crispy on the outside. Prices here are incredibly reasonable and cheaper than most fast food places; my cheeseburger combo with a small fry and drink was less than $10 before tax. I'd stop here again, I just wouldn't expect much from service next time.

They also are only open for dinner on Saturdays from 4pm - 8pm. I happened to pass by during dinner hours on a Friday and immediately stopped. The dinner menu had a variety of items such as fettuccine alfredo, penne romano, penne pesto, shrimp linguini, chicken parmigiana, chicken marsala and many other pasta/chicken & fish dishes. They also had a kids menu, various sides and drinks. I decided against getting my basic fettuccine alfredo and instead got the penne pesto, I was told that the pesto is made daily and it's one of the most popular dishes on the menu. The penne pesto was so delicious, the sauce was creamy, nutty and had such a good flavor and was not too oily. The pasta was cooked to perfection and was topped with fresh parmesan and parsley. I definitely could taste that the pesto was made from scratch. The dish also came with fresh baked garlic bread that was so divine. It was light and airy, had the right amount of garlic flavor and tasted even better dipped in the pesto sauce. Overall, I'm so glad that I gave this place a try and I will be back when I'm in the area and craving pasta. I now have two amazing Italian food trucks that are my go-to in the Central Valley, Braulio's did not disappoint!
