When they're open, they're prompt and usually courteous. But we just stopped by to drop off some…read moredonations and even though the hours slow they're open, they weren't. The only time they weren't courteous was when someone snapped at me that they don't accept pillow donations which doesn't make sense, given every single goodwill I've ever been in has sold pillows, but I'm there to donate, not argue.

There is a drive-through and as I pulled up, staff came out to help me unload. Receipts are optional (and obvi may take them some time to arrange). The whole process only took about 5 minutes! The location is pretty convenient too - its pretty close to Costco and New Grand so perfect for errands! If you come according to Google maps, it will bring you to the back but their signs were very clear regarding where to drop off stuff.
