It's been 5th day today and they have shipped only one part of the product i.e. Hardware to set up TV but failed to mail Internet set up hardware. When I talk to customer care they said it's still in the ware house and yet to be shipped and if I want it next day I shld pay again for over night shipment ($30). In fact they shld return my $30 they charged for screwing up my order and not sending me all the set up items overnight. I shld have read reviews before going for this company. Samantha you need training. A cashier shouldn't argue with a customer complaining to a manager about their horrible encounters in your store. Matt you should make your employees take old mylars off of the shelf if your employees can't follow federal law.
