Only $200/month ($250 later) includes a "hot desk" (4+ different unreserved desk options), a beautiful covered rooftop patio working option, a small basement gym, a wine or beer pour per day, an attached easy small cafe, WiFi, a business environment, a phone booth for private/conference calls, options to use the conference room, and options to upgrade to assigned desk or private office. Some of these options might change, I don't know, but I wanted to do it just for the extras like the rooftop and gym lol. The Mgr who took me on the tour was not overbearing or obnoxious or trying to up sell, very easy to talk to. Great hours and 24 hr access for some options. It might fill up fast, but the $200 open seat option seemed excellent if u have enough business to make renting a space worth it or if u don't have a good work space at home. Corner bldg, right across from The Coffee Tree, and new free parking structure down the street! I haven't checked out any other options but I'm sure we don't have something this loaded nearby.

Sara and Sam just magically appeared like magical Genies at every step with drinks in hand, plates of food in front of us, and confirmation that it was good to move to the next steps along the way. They coordinated with our other vendors beautifully, and deservedly have an outstanding reputation with other vendors in the area such as DJs and caterers. Sara met with us in person and checked in over phone and email regularly, and was always responsive to questions. There was never ANY doubt about timing, pricing, or planning. We originally booked Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch for our September 2026 wedding but ultimately canceled…read more8 months in advance due to multiple concerns that arose during the planning process. One major issue was the venue tasting, which unfortunately did not reflect the quality or level of organization we expected. Communication was inconsistent -- our coordinator changed during the process, but we were never formally notified or introduced to the new coordinator beforehand. The tasting itself raised several concerns: * Food and appetizers were very disappointing and did not appear to represent the venue's higher-value menu options * No food labels were provided, which made it difficult to identify dishes (ironically the only labeled item on the appetizer table was the hand sanitizer bucket) * Multiple food safety concerns were observed * Buffet service ran 15-20 minutes behind schedule * Service details were disorganized (no cloth napkins, no straws until requested, incorrect utensils provided) * Staff repeatedly opened the outdoor doors, making the dining area cold enough that guests were wearing winter jackets There were also logistical issues such as no microphone or greeting to start the tasting and no closing remarks or communication from staff. After this experience, we decided to cancel our booking well in advance of the wedding date. Unfortunately, the contract language regarding refunds proved ambiguous. Although only our deposit was due at the time, we had made additional payments early. When we canceled, the venue refunded 50% of the total amount paid to date rather than 50% of the deposit, which resulted in us losing $1,800. My recommendation to future couples is to review the cancellation terms extremely carefully and avoid making payments earlier than required until you fully understand how refunds are calculated.

I had recently attended/put on my buddies bachelor party at Viola Venue! The Venue itself was quite…read morea catch. The party started early evening, so we were able to do some mini golf as well as some day drinking in the lounge/bar area. We also were able to use the big yard to play some yard games. When it got dark a DJ was set up and bumping music the fire pit got lit the hot tub got kicking. It seemed unreal it was beautiful! Being here felt like being at home kicking back with the boys, it felt homey like I have lived there my whole life and grew up there. It was a very pleasing experience. The location is perfect because we were able to make a quick run to walmart, which is across the street! Overall this has been the best Venue I have been to and the owner I believe Spencer was his name was a really attentive guy and very helpful getting this together for my buddy! I would recommend this place to anyone having a party, wedding or event of any kind. Oh and I did see they had a kids area but this was an adult party so no kiddos but I would definitely do a family gathering here with my family because it's a safe clean enclosed place!

We were offered to hold a "Get out and Vote" rally for a local school board election…read more Weeks prior, the manager of the Garden Room offered their venue to hold the event and confirmed the day and time. After advertising the event on social media, we arrived on the day of the event to set things up and the owner of the Garden Room told us to leave. We introduced ourselves and offered our hand for a handshake and he ignored it. We told the owner we had booked his venue with his manager. The owner said, "Well, They Didn't approve it with me!" and told us to leave. We had a friendly event planned and invited the opposition to attend. We found out later the owner has strong political views toward the ultra right and supports the opposition who wants to destroy public education by selling out our public schools for profit. Regardless of his political views, his manager scheduled his venue for this rally and the owner did not honor it on the day we were to hold it. Buyer beware. You cannot trust your event to be held here. Disgraceful!

Please don't let this one event that did not go well because of my actions ruin your future interest and bookings of this venue. *Please note that politics and the views of anyone affiliated with The Garden Room had nothing to do with the event not occurring at the venue it was solely my mess up that caused the inconvenience that day.
