My husband ordered prime rib and it was way overcooked versus prime rib that you see at other restaurants. My mother's steak was overcooked and her grilled shrimp came out cold. The waitress brought out replacement mashed potatoes and gravy and replacement fried okra. I asked her about taking something off of the bill since I could not eat half of my dinner. She tried to say that the mashed potatoes and okra that she brought out were extra helpings, but I explained to her they were not extra that they were replacement for what was cold. I was not asking for a replacement country fried steak but I would like something off of my ticket. She finally agreed and took $5 off. Also with us having two children in our group they gave us one children's menu. These are the menus that have a coloring page on the back. We had to ask for a second kids menu and had to ask for the crayons. When our food came we also had to ask for silverware. Do not waste your time waiting to be seated and do not waste your time waiting for your food here. It is not worth it. They definitely have issues in the kitchen, as I was checking out I heard the waitress say that she had to make peach muffins because no one else had done it and they had run out. Overall I felt like I was in a living episode of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares.
