Apache Casino Hotel - King sized bed and dresser

The staff was friendly and accomodating and the meal we had at Apache Grill was fantastic. We enjoyed the casino as well. Only critique is how loudly the room doors slammed, waking you late at night or early in the morning. Overall, was happy with our stay and would stay again.

We received a king sized room on the fifth floor and it was quite spacious. we did notice that the wood finish on many of the surfaces were chipped, and overall the room was really showing its age. The mattress itself felt like an old spring mattress, and it felt like I could feel the individual springs in the mattress; I didn't get all that great of sleep while I was here because of that. There was no safe in our room that I could find, so we kept our valuables on us at all times. Apart from the rooms, on check in we had some hiccups with the staff who had issues with our check in process, so we had to wait around for 10 minutes while they resolved things. Afterwards, they realized they did not have us do an incidental, so they had to call us to bring us back to the front desk to get it from us several hours after we checked in. They said we could come by at our convenience, but we received two more phone calls within half an hour while we were out enjoying our time. Their mistake became our problem, and we did not appreciate that. Aside from that, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. I felt very happy talking with most of the staff there for anything we needed. The hotel itself is nice, with its common areas and casino area very clean. There was no smoking inside so we enjoyed breathing clean air when we visited the casino. There is a grill that is open many hours of the day there, and a dinner restraint as well is open in the evenings. Is it nearby several restaurants, so food is easily accessible which we really liked. Overall, it was a good hotel, but we're not sure we'd stay here again unless we just wanted to conveniently gamble our whole trip without needing to leave.

I've stayed here once before back in the before times of 2019…read more I was looking for a quick one-night getaway, and was pleased to find that Treasure Valley had rooms for a single night Saturday stay as this option has become nigh impossible just about everywhere. To my delight, the rates for the room are still the same as they were in 2019 -- $99. Total. No taxes. No Resort Fees. Ninety-nine bucks. The room is super clean and well appointed, but if you're looking for square footage, this ain't it. If you've ever traveled through Japan or Europe, you'll be plenty comfortable. If you're a "looks for reasons to complain" type tourist, this room will be far, far too small for your liking, and you'll spend your stay on the phone to the front desk demanding a structural remodel so you can engage in whatever lascivious activity it is that needs all that real estate. The IHOP express is serviceable and reasonably priced. For a one-night stay, it's tolerable. If I were staying any longer than that, I would get mighty tired of its offerings mighty quickly. The casino has a lovely little bar in it with reasonably priced drinks ($4 beers ~$7 shots). It seems to have a lot of locals who use it as their main sports viewing location. Gets pretty smoky in there, so if you're sensitive to that, this ain't your place. The casino is strictly class II bingo slot machines and a couple table games. Given the choice, I only play video poker, of which there is none in this place. So, I took up a little money and decided that I'd play around on the slots. Much to my surprise, betting as little as I could possibly get away with, I hit a nice all-wilds pay on one machine and two mini bonuses on another. While that was nice, I still wouldn't recommend class II bingo machines for the long haul. Like at all. Then I sauntered over to the Jackpot Hold 'Em table. With a two dollar minimum, I was able to play for a good long while without too much concern as to whether I won or lost. I think I put in about two or three hours and came out exactly three dollars ahead. The frustrating part about that (not Treasure Valley's fault) is the ante you have to pay in Oklahoma. I figure that had I not been forced to pay that, I would've been up closer to $75 than $3. Consider this in ANY table game endeavors in Oklahoma. Contrary to my long-standing beliefs on the impossibilities of winning at class II and Oklahoma table games, I paid for my room and my bar tab via gambling on this trip. Overall, so long as you keep your expectations realistic, I think this is a nice little getaway spot that offers reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. The employees were super friendly across the board, the locals were quick to share a joke or offer advice on how to play a given game, and they seemed more excited for me than I was any time I hit something that paid me.

Stayed with my husband, we loved it! Cozy little room! A Bonus... IHOP was downstairs!read more

Absolutely terrible experience at Comanche Red River Hotel & Casino. I've been coming here on and…read moreoff for 6+ years and it's consistently disappointing. In the past the staff made the organization but lately it is easily one of the most run down and trashiest casinos in Oklahoma ... even compared to gas station casinos. Most of the employees are disinterested and mentally absent across the board. This causes the remaining OG staff to suffer and pull an extra load. For example ... You'll be spending money at the tables on a Friday night with friends and everyone still has to get up and walk to the bar for a drink because of the staff. The place is beyond filthy. Trash, cups, and vouchers are all over the floor. On a Friday night ... There are also crumbs or mud in the carpet in the front gaming floor and this is paired with a strong smoke smell. Although this does not include everyone vaping everywhere in the other side of the casino floor. Not to mention the random chairs scattered around. Also to re state a prior post that has not been addressed. The chips are still completely worn out, especially the 5s, 25s and 100s. Building a new pool doesn't fix any of this. The whole place feels like a money grab without even trying to make it a good experience. Advice ---- cut off people who are clearly too drunk, but don't mess with people who aren't. Getting cut off while sober and focusing on my game has happened to me more than a handful of times over the years on the tables. Each time I was never close to intoxication and also had a room at the facility. My Brother Tyler Decker is the Chief of Police in Fredonia Kansas and my Fionce's father is a Lieutenant for the Johnson county sheriffs department in Cleburne Tx. I believe my family and I understand what it means to be intoxicated. Please at least try to make it fun when taking people's hard earned money. No disrespect to the Comanche Tribe, just the casino. Also... why are there so many officers / security present here now? Something seems completely off here and it's not just me ... Please go to any other casino but this one!
