I originally tried to order off the web site which was not working and I let the owner know this. The owner was lovely and took my order. My niece was thrilled with the arrangement showing up "same day order" on her birthday. She said, "The flowers are gorgeous" The owner texted me a photo of the arrangement and that the driver was doing the delivery. I highly recommend Petal Heaven!!! 5 out of 5 stars!
