I preordered my wife a dozen roses in a glass vase to be delivered to my wife's work on Valentine's Day. I paid $80.25 for the roses, vase and delivery. My wife's business was only about 10 min from the florist. This was on Jan. 28th. Fast forward to Valentine's Day. My wife informed me around 3:30pm that the flowers have yet to arrive. I was concerned that they missed my order. I called numerous times and nobody answered the phone and the mailbox was full so I can't even leave a message. I was getting quite upset at this time. Then around 4pm my wife texted me the flowers arrived! I was at first relived. I asked her if she liked them. She replied they were ok and she hoped I didn't spend too much on them. As I had put a decent amount of money down for the roses I was again worried. When I finally picked my wife up and saw the roses it was NOT what I had ordered. I wanted a dozen roses in a vase and she got 2 long stem roses with a bunch of smaller roses instead. Pictures are uploaded. Also I noticed on the card that they came from another florist in Largo! Now I can understand that Valentine's is a very busy day for florists and it can be hectic. However if you are planning to outsource some of your orders to another florist it would be nice to contact me about the change and to make sure I would be happy with it. I am far from happy. I plan to return the flowers and demand a full refund as theses are not the roses I ordered! read more

So I ordered from here online. A friend at work was in bed rest and my fellow Co workers and I wanted to give her some get well flowers. I felt their prices were good, especially compared to other flower businesses. They have a quick delivery. My friend absolutely loved her flowers. Sadly I do not have any pictures of them but I felt they were a good value. I would work with them again in the picture. read more

I've been here twice now and both times they were closed over a half hour before their posted closing time. I've called in as early as an hour before closing and failed to reach anyone. Don't go here for flowers unless you call ahead of time and are lucky, I don't see they're serious about doing business. read more

I ordered Flowers for my mother's funeral, a very sad time. I choose the flowers that were bright and cheerful, coat over $200 including $10 delivery. The flowers I received looked NOTHING like what i ordered. I ordered bright fushia and purple and received pale pink and dull colors. The arrangement was completely different, cheap. Mine did not have palm fronds but this order came with it. I was so upset - took pictures- you can clearly see it is nothing like what the picture shows. I understand they can change flowers if not on hand but every single one and every color??? I wrote them an email twice and have received no response. Worst florist ever. I have ordered online many times and i have never been disappointed until now. The arrangement, if you could call it that, was just thrown together- didn't look a thing like the photo. Also, the hand written note looked messy- like a kindergardener wrote it. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in the hospital that had a baby. I live in Philadelphia, my friend is in Clearwater. I simply googled florists in the area. They had an easy online ordering process. It even had a lists of hospitals in the area so you did not need to find the address yourself! Not only did they deliver that day, they called me to let me know the specific "vase" (a firetruck) was out of stock and let me pick what I wanted instead. I chose a red wagon. I have never had a florist call me to ask what I want to substitue with, usually they just do it. The woman on the phone was so friendly. I just ordered an arrangement for my Aunt recovering from surgery in one of the local hospitals who just called to say it was one of the freshest and most gorgeous arrangements she had seen. Called today - day before Mother's day - to see if it was possible to get flowers delivered in time. Debbie was super friendly on the phone, said absolutely that was possible, yes they definitely delivered to where I wanted, and talked me through the pricerange I wanted and some of the other choices (basked vs. vase; colors my mom likes; considering some type of flowering plant vs. just flowers vs. combo). She was super helpful with a can-do attitude and said she'd personally make my setup to ensure it came out awesome. If the flowers look have as fantastic as my customer-service impression, this will definitely be the place I order all future flowers from for my family in Pinellas. read more

I was worried placing a order from Wisconsin .I had no reason to worry .When I asked if they could do rose bushes they said they would ,when I order another basket they were so sweet and nice.They called to have someone ok if they left the flowers cause no one was home. I called for assistance in placing an order for flowers. The service from the lady that answered the phone was terrific. She was polite and helpful. I wanted flowers for my good friend that lost her Mother in an unexpected way quickly. I placed my order with just instructions to make something lovely for this occasion, make it muted color but smelling good. I gave a price and it was flower makers choice. I asked for it to be delivered either that day or the next. I placed the order late morning and by 5 that afternoon my friend text me about the flowers. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my parents for valentines day and was extremely disappointed. - The bouquet was to be delivered on valentines day - and this was indicated on my order, however, they were delivered the morning of February 13. The card I wrote for the flowers also indicated that the gift was for valentines day - so it was very disappointing that the flowers were not delivered the day I indicated. In fact, may parents were not at home when they were delivered, so it was the neighbor who had to receive them. - The bouquet I ordered was the "how sweet it is" bouquet - I ordered the deluxe bouquet. The flowers my parents received were nothing like the bouquet I ordered - the bouquet was filled with greenery, did not include many of the flowers shown in the picture on the website - I was very disappointed - I spend over $60 for the bouquet and it looked like a $20 or less bouquet, that I could have purchased at a grocery store. I wrote an email to Darlene at the Flower Market expressing my concerns and did not even receive an acknowledgement. I will never order from this company again! read more
