After their careful investigation, the problem was diagnosd as a leak in the copper pipe feeding the bathroom's sink: that leak was dripping inside the wall and flowing down into the ground below. Working smoothly together, the two men stopped the leak and put a new pipe into place. They carefully cleaned up their work, including beneath the cabinet under the sink. Bad Plumber I had a water main leak. So I called US Rooter…read moreto come out and repair. The plumber had to come twice to repair. After the second repair attempt, I still had a slow leak. The US Rooter insisted that it was repaired and that my water meter was bad or I just need to replace the whole water line leading to the house.   After months of having a continuous small leak it finally emerged into a much larger leak that needed repair. This time I used a different plumber (Roto Rooter) that found the leak (same one) and did a ROCK SOLID repair. My water meter dial doesn't move. NO leak!!! Also, Roto Rooter had informed me that whoever did the previous repair job, didn't know what they were doing and the water line should have never been repaired the way it was.
