Loved the spacious layout, nice table size for working/studying along with comfortable music volume playing. The barista, was the best and he was very courteous and gave each customer a unique art stamp with their beverage order. Self-serve water tasted good and by far the best beverage I got to sip on was the Strawberry fields latte!!!!

Continuing on my journey to discover some seasonal coffee around Columbus. I went to The Roosevelt Coffeehouse located at Gravity by Franklinton. Inside is fairly spacious and great to hang out or get some work done. I tried the S'mortado and love how they incorporate the Smore ingredients to a cup of coffee. Chocolate sauce with crushed graham cracker and love the charred marshmallow on the side.

Wow! My Carmel latte is delicious!!! I forgot to tell the barista I wanted a medium, so it's my fault I got a small. I can't wait to try the macchiato. They had some pastries. They also have several sitting areas and tables. They sell some cool merchandise as well. I went for the coffee and it is amazing.

Worth the hype. I'd not had the pleasure of visiting any location of the much buzzed about Roosevelt before, but I'm extremely glad that I found my way here after a quick Yelp search for coffee places near the river. Located in a new luxury apartment + shared workspace building known as Gravity, The Roosevelt's vibe much embodies that third space magic of "home away from home". Cafe lovers will rejoice at the high ceilings, large windows, and variety of seating choices with easy access to outlets and functional Wi-Fi. Music lovers will swoon at the vinyl collection spinning reliably in the background. Activists will spread gospel of the LGBTQ-friendly staff and free sanitary pads in the bathroom. Any of these would happily wax poetic about Roosevelt and rep their merch (on sale next to the cashier). And we haven't even gotten to the high quality coffee. Effing high quality coffee with attention to detail. 'Nuff said. Don't forget to pick up a Columbus Coffee Experience passport and get it stamped here! As others have noted, there's paid parking in the garage - but sometimes you can get lucky and find parking just off the street right in front of the coffee shop. For FREE. :) What are you waiting for? Grab your favorite human(s) or nonhuman objects and spend some quality time at Roosevelt.

This is another perfect place to study. Great coffee and matcha. The baristas are friendly and the restaurant even lets customers pick music for the record player.

I love Roosevelt! And I'm addicted to it now that they've added oat milk to their menu. I heard about this new location from the baristas at the main one and decided to check it out with some friends. You can find parallel parking across the street or really all around the area. We parked in Gravity's garage though, because I love garages. You can get your ticket validated for an hour which is a plus! When we walked in past 2pm, it wasn't all that busy. It's a nice open space with mostly neutral colors. It's got a slightly industrial feel with modern touches. There's a mural with modern art on one wall and a garage door that I'm most certain would be open if it wasn't 90 degrees outside. The baristas are friendly! I enjoyed talking to the guy at the register. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and a pump of mocha. Yum! Refreshing! My friends got an iced latte with oat milk and a pump of caramel and an iced cappuccino. They both enjoyed it! We sat and chatted for a bit. Music booms out of a fabulous record player. Yay! It got busier as we sat for the next hour, but in general, the barista told me that it's not super busy here because Gravity isn't quite filled up with tenants yet. I will add that the atmosphere felt a bit different here. While the baristas are still hipster, most of the customers weren't. I miss that about the original location. Still, I'm sure I'll return!

The coffee and atmosphere is perfection! They are friendly and can make your coffee however you like. For me I don't like sweet but wanted to try the lavender syrup, they did less and it tasted great!

Oh. Me. Goodness! I'm so jazzed about Roosevelt Coffee's newest location, and possibly most beautiful location, at the Gravity complex in Franklinton. Located directly under a ginormous rainbow-colored mural off Broad St., you can decide to enter through the front door or on a sunny day, through the giant garage doors to the right of the building. The space is open, airy, has tons of natural light, and carries the same flare and local feel as their other coffee shops. A record player jolts out easy-to-listen-to jams, there's plenty of outlets for those needing to juice up during their stay, and the coffee is DELICIOUS (as always)! My go-to is a latte with some sort of milk alternative added in replace of cow's milk. On a warm day (like today) I get that on ice. I really love seeing that oat milk is picking up steam around central Ohio and of course they have it on the menu, along with almond, soy, etc. In my opinion, the extra .70 is totally worth it. The texture is unlike any other alternative milk I've had and it doesn't disrupt the flavor of the coffee as much. Definitely give it a try if you happen to be cutting our dairy. Heads up, Roosevelt also offers a seasonal drink menu and the options are always fun and creative. You seriously can't go wrong there. I am already looking forward to my next trip here and imagine I'll continue coming back again and again. The environment had me focused and locked in work mode and the coffee kept me going. As someone who works from home, this is exactly what I need a couple times a month.

Great spot for a quick coffee or to hang out, read, work or catch up with friends. I find this location a little more laidback than the one on Long Street, and the coffee is always great. I've had a few of their specials: the cold press ice coffee with lemonade is quite good and the Roman mule was awesome. I've also had a few espressos and a cortado here, and they've been excellent. Can't comment on the pour overs here as I haven't tried them.

Amazing coffee and space! It's great for a quiet area to do work or catch up with a friend. Very clean and they have baked goods from local places (gluten free granola bar was amazing)! The only downside is parking if you're there for awhile. They reimburse up to 90 minute in the garage but it's a bummer if you're there for a significant part of the day. Would go back in a second!

This coffee shop is perfect for studying and hanging out. I say that because whenever I look for a good coffee shop to post up in, it has to have high ceilings, enough space in between tables, natural lighting, and seating options for large groups. This place has it all! Specifically, there's a long table that sits close to 20 people, multiple options for groups of 4, and single-person tables. There's also a large seating area at the bar too. For the coffee, I'm a black coffee type of person -- they rotate their menu for that and it's definitely strong. The only thing worth noting is that the parking is not too convenient. There's a parking garage behind attached, but if you buy coffee they comp about 1.5 hours worth of parking! Would come back again!

If you ever were looking for the "most local coffeehouse" energy this wins the spot. For a Sunday afternoon it was fairly slowly and steady; the barista was managing the entire cafe super well! He was super friendly and quick with everything he did. Also to his recommendation, I also tried the poptart. A smidge too sweet, but somehow perfect temperature and overall a good, balanced pairing. (Cinnamon Roll Capp and a Maple poptart). I didn't expect to love the homey atmosphere yet chic atmosphere-- but I definitely will go out of my way to come back.

The Roosevelt Coffeehouse is part of the brand new Gravity complex and still has the brand new shine to it. I was popping in before doing some work nearby and dropped in to get some work done and fuel up on caffeine. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and was told that it would take a few extra minutes (no big deal!). The staff was super friendly and also helped get me to the correct wifi on my computer. The coffee was delicious and got me amped up for the day. It was busy, but not too crowded and it was easy to find seating. The wifi was also super speedy (which is always one of the top things I look for in a coffee shop). I really loved all the natural lighting in this space. If I lived nearby, I would work from this coffee shop ALL THE TIME. Congrats, Cbus! This place is a gem!

Bland, lukewarm coffee all with an overpriced menu and rude service. Not a welcoming or safe place to be.

If you know coffee you can tell what Brioso is doing and appreciate it deep down in your black coffee loving soul, but for anyone newer to coffee, this is an absolutely fantastic place because they present their coffees in a way that is fun, approachable and easily understood! I perused the retail roast selections on my way in and scoped out the pour over choices deciding to try their "curiosities" selection, a black diamond natural process, and the natural Kenyan as well. Both were delicious but I wish I had tried the Kenyan first and then the curiosity because my palate was dominated by the bigger flavors of the first cup. Staff was super friendly, roaster is on full display, and the vibes are communal. Great find and place for anyone who loves coffee.

I discovered this spot while doomscrolling on Instagram and suggested to a coworker that we pay them a visit during an upcoming coworking day. It was an easy sell and we made our way there on a rainy Friday afternoon. The moment I walked through the door the vibrant shades of blue and pink brightened my mood and I knew we made the right choice. Their menu is really fun... literally it says, "Super Fun Coffee" on it. I'm a sucker for a good seasonal creation so I went with the "Buy Myself Flowers" with oat milk. It has an elderflower, lavender, jasmine syrup in it along with lemon and orange blossom. The floral notes certainly shined through. Not subtle either, but not too in your face. I also ordered a baklava pastry sticky bun kind of thing and oh wow, it was amazing. Honey and pistachio goodness out the wazoo. The coffee and pastry together were seriously magical. A few extra things to note... parking is available in the very back of the building. While the space is on the smaller side, they do open up Natalie's space for extra seating. They close at 2pm only to later open back up as a bar. I did have issues with the wifi while I was there and ended up needing to use my hotspot. Not a deal breaker but good to know if you're planning on bringing your laptop. Lastly, the staff were super sweet, gave recommendations, and brought your coffee to your table, which is always a lovely touch. I'll be back!
