I personally noted changes that needed to be made. I was told it would take a few weeks to update the documents. After a couple of months I received a draft of the documents. The documents had so many errors, including changes that completely changed the fundamental structure of the will and trust agreement. I finally terminated any further contact with the firm. The first thing that immediately caught my eye was their up to date presence online. A lot of attorneys seemed to not have photos or had out dated websites. From the first phone call with Amy I noticed their attention to detail, and their ability to work quickly and attentively. At my initial consultation I noticed Jessica's calm and confident demeanor instantly. She was extremely well groomed, and her office was so tidy! Some attorneys I have spoken to in the process seemed too aggressive and almost scattered, all bark and no bite. I could tell by just listening to her talk me through my option how educated she was in the process. I noticed the team was extremely organized as well. My initial consultation was in February and when I went back in October they still had all of my information available, and remembered who I was. My divorce was delayed due to Covid, but the team was always available for me. There were some difficult situations during this time, but they always advised me very well. Some of the informative e-mails I received from Robin were well after office hours which I was completely impressed and grateful for. I solidified my gut instinct of this office being very different from the others when I saw how sloppy the paperwork was for the opposing counsel vs what this office had done for me.
