It's a lovely mall and they built a nice addition of an outdoor section of new stores and restaurants, so it's even nicer. You can do some good shoppng here. I like the variety of eateries at the food court. There are a couple of vacant spaces, so it will be interesting to see what comes next. However, it's quite crowded on the weekends, so don't bother coming on those days if you don't have to. In 2028, they will have residential apartments, which is what they've been doing at many shopping malls these days. That will bring thousands more people to the grounds. I personally wish they wouldn't build housing right at the malls.

It was still the best in its era back then, but it's still a reliable and good mall today. My latest visit was actually to Macy's, but decided to give the mall for a run. The major department stores are still there, with the Macy's, JcPenney, and Nordstrom. There's also some of the original shops like LUSH, Abercrombie (though they've moved around a few times), Bath and Body, Hot Topic, etc. There's some new jewelry places and some other trinket stores. I saw something like build your own slime for like 30 bucks...what is that?! But yeah, a lot more boutique and random shops here and there. Parking lot is still packed like always, so people still enjoy coming here.

The bigger stores here include Target, Sprouts, BevMo!, and Big 5 Sporting Goods. Tucked in the back, there's a 24 Hour Fitness. Some of the eateries include Kabuki, Pei Wei, Baja Fresh, Jersey Mike's, as well as a poke joint, an Indian restaurant, and a Mediterranean place. Overall, Brea Market Place is an enjoyable and safe place to shop.

It ruins the whole atmosphere of being outside, and there is some nasty smells around the water sculpture, as well as the corner behind HomeGoods. It smells like cigarette smoke with sewage! It's always present, and I wish they would do something about it. It just ruins the presence. They have been doing construction here, so I wonder what the new establishments are going to be like. I hope they build more restaurants in the area because I love how local every thing is, and I would like to try a wider variety. EV parking here is my favorite, and I like that they have pickup parking for deliveries around the structures.

The variety of dining options is my favorite thing about this mall. There are so many Korean restaurants to choose from ranging from Korean fried chicken to KBBQ to seafood to pochas, and even a food court! Throughout the mall there are plenty of drink spots and dessert cafés. I honestly haven't even had the chance to try every restaurant yet because there are so many options. Beyond the food, I also enjoy browsing the small independent shops throughout the mall. There are many Korean beauty stores, home goods, K-pop merch, clothing boutiques, and other unique stores that are fun to explore. Whether you're stopping by for a meal or spending a few hours shopping, The Source is a great place to visit!

From the environs of the corner of Imperial Highway and Beach Boulevard to the environs of the…read morecorner of Imperial Highway and Idaho Street, there are least six (and possibly seven) large strip malls. In today's commercial-real-estate parlance, at least four of those strip malls can be considered power centers. Westridge Plaza lies at the southeast corner of the intersection of Imperial Highway and Beach Boulevard. It's the strip mall in the area that extends the farthest south. It's neither the newest nor the oldest of the strip malls, but it has steadily grown from that random place with a Staples and a Sam's Club to quite the destination for (mostly) big-chain shopping. As its popularity has grown, so has the traffic turning south from Imperial onto Beach and then immediately getting into the first of two left-turn lanes to enter the large parking lot. If you're already headed south on Beach Boulevard, the fastest (though not the most efficient) way to get to Westridge Plaza is to turn left onto Imperial from the second left-turn lane and then immediately right into the easy-to-miss driveway that goes in front of Staples. Do not turn in to the Chevron station. Although it's technically within Westridge Plaza, there is absolutely no access from its apron into the parking lot. As with most strip malls these days, the large anchor stores are farthest from the street, while the smaller stores are located in unconnected buildings dispersed throughout the parking lot. There are quite a few different restaurants. Most of them are chains, but some of them are local small businesses. When you consider all six (or seven) strip malls in the area, there's a surprisingly wide variety of food available even though the vast majority of retail square footage is dedicated to big-box stores. I mainly come here to use Wescom Credit Union's ATMs, but if both of those are occupied (which happens more often than one would think) I can easily use a SchoolsFirst Credit Union ATM in the same building. In fact, that one building also has a (for-profit) bank, so it's ATM central. The driving lanes in the parking lot are needlessly confusing. Because the frontages of the big-box stores run along an angle, they couldn't have maintained a parallel grid for all the parking spots, but their "solution" of aligning each individual building's parking spots with it causes all kinds of problems, as the five or six separate alignments intersect in all kinds of strange configurations, and people drive really fast through the lanes. Especially near the northern end of the parking lot, be very careful that the lane you're using actually allows you easy access to the building you're trying to get to; there are hedges and curbs that makes being physically close to a given building a totally different thing from being "driving close" to that same building. There's enough parking that you'll always find a spot, but it might not be super close to where you're going, especially around the holidays.

They have Walmart, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Bed, Bath & Beyond plus dozens of food places to eat and even a Sam's Club gas station. With that being said the parking lot was a nightmare! I was there around 2 o'clock and the parking lot was packed. People are all looking for a (close) parking spot and not really paying attention so it was a bit stressful but once I found a spot I was able to shop in three different stores before having to move my car to another spot. I love the shopping center and will definitely continue shopping there

Plus a Crocs with a huge selection of charms and themed shoes inspired by movies and popular culture. The other department store is Macy's, a more upscale looking one. The Nordstrom jewelry salespeople do a great job of continuing to chat in a large group as customers shop. The handbag associate on the other hand was excellent and helpful. I also was surprised to see Aeropostale and Cotton On. I thought the former had gone out of business. My only complaint is the food court. Why is it tucked away in a corner down a separate wing? And I wish the crepe place also made savory ones.

Came to the Los Cerritos Center on the hunt for a sports shirt. This shopping center is really nice…read moreand well maintained. There's several stores and eateries to choose from. If you're looking for something quick to eat, you can eat at the food court or grab pretzels from the several many kiosk throughout the mall. If you feel like dining in, they have restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory located on the outside. This location also has a movie theater attached to it. The value of anything sold here really depends on where you choose to shop. There are stores that can be costly and some more affordable. They have an Apple and Samsung store located inside as well. The service is great. They keep this location well maintained. My only complaint is I wish they had more directories inside to navigate the mall because the layout is a bit confusing.
