It been a few years since I shopped at this outlet mall. It has a good variety stores. I usually go to the Citadel but today decided to go here instead. Parking is very easy. Lots of parking lots surrounding the shopping center (vs Citadel where the one lot and parking structure is a hike away). Plenty of places to eat as well inside and on the perimeter. Only.negative, I arrived right at opening time.and surprised to see stores not yet opened. Opening 5-15 minutes after! Smaller stores with only .one person staffing. Guessing its the norm here. Overall, a nice outlet mall that's easy to walk and not overwhelmingly big. It's a great spot if you're looking for a more relaxed shopping experience without spending all day there. I still call this the Block in Orange. This is an outdoor outlet filled with various stores, kiosks, and dining. They also have an AMC inside. There's been a lot of changes recently with stores closing and new stores taking its place. Many dining options surround the outlet as well. There's a large parking lot around the Block. No parking garages. Finding a spot on the weekend is a nightmare, especially during the holidays. It's a bit easier finding a spot during the day on a weekday but more difficult in the evening. You might get lost or turned around at times. Think of the layout as a large "T" shaped. There's also a map on the Simon Property website. You might also see the craziest and wildest things while walking around. For example, I once saw an elderly man walking his duck. In case you didn't realize, they are pet-friendly, but make sure to bring your own poop bags and pick up after your pets. read more

This place has become rundown, and just a hangout for a bunch of teens with no manners. And I know that sounds kind of cliché being that I'm in my 40s, but these kids just have no reason to be there. They are literally just causing chaos and standing in peoples walkways. Most of the stores are no longer good and the ones that are still surviving close early. If you need to go to grab something out of a store that you know is there people tend to get in and get out. The parking here is horrible and I always see people parking In spots that they shouldn't be (non handicap plaques, red zones). The Selection of stores is mediocre at best, and the value of the outlets are hit and miss. I recommend only going here if there is a store you are certain is still operating and you have no other options. read more

It's been many years since the last time I came here, but the place is still hopping with plenty of shops and places to eat and enjoy. They have everything from restaurants to moving theaters, and a wide selection of shops - from clothing, to bookstores, to guitar center. The service workers are handing business, the place is clean and safe while still being open and enjoyed by the teenage crowds. Value: It's certainly in the quantity of shops and deals. There's a ton of shops and pop-ups, although it is a bit of a letdown that they close at 9pm during the holiday season as that cut us short, but aside from the hours it's everything I remember, but better. :) read more

I have come here several times and I never really had an outstanding experience. Parking in the place is insane. People drive wild and you can count on at least 10-15 mins to find parking. They do have a ton of handicap spaces. It is definitely getting more stores open. It not longer has the COVID feel and they have small business markets on some weekends. They have your generic stores but for an outdoor style mall I don't feel is a place I'd like to go just to go and spend time with friends. I'd go there to shop only though and that's as a last option with the traffic and parking situation. read more

Love the Outlets! I frequent here all the time. Perfect place for shopping! And dining. I went to the outlets for some Christmas shopping last month. And again for my birthday festivities. It's kept up pretty well. This outdoor mall has so much to offer. I hit the movie theater a lot too. I like the pretty fountain at the end. I just wish they had more shade/ trees around the mall. Nice basic outlet. Has just enough stores and restaurants. It's small so it's easy to walk around. They also have the AMC theatre located in the rear of the outlet. I know I did a review for the outlets at Orange a while ago, but I guess they took my review down. I have been coming here since I was probably 16 years old lol crazy how time flies used to be called the Block and that's what I know it as still lol We came to get a little more school shopping done for baby girl, it was really really busy here that day. I think everybody was doing their last minute shopping. Stopped in a few stores got some lunch. It's a great mall. They have a lot of restaurants. Lots of different stores to look at lots of walking especially when it's hot out is a little difficult for me but we had fun and had a good day. Found some cute shoes for baby girl at the croc store. I just forgot to take a picture of that and also didn't let me check in for some reason. But this is a great mall. I like coming here for Dave & Buster's and the food and stores. I don't always find something at this mall for some reason even though there's so many stores to look at, but I still like coming here big parking lot lots of different entrances you can get into the mall. Well I start by saying that the parking lot is massive and it seems as if it's a free for all parking lot. The dividers for parking spaces are no longer existing. ppl blocking multiple spots since the lines aren't visible. Causing property damages to cars. The first time we went here on this trip it was in the evening and it felt like everything was really dark, and we just really didn't enjoy the experience as we were trying to shop the outlets. If I have one recommendation, it would be have better lighting in the evenings. The second time we went on this trip we happen to be in the area and we decided to check it out again and give it a second shot. The Outlets in Orange shops and outdoor vendors been rotating and changing over dozen years. The outdoor shops are anchored by Saks, Nordstrom Rack, AMC and Dave&Buster. There are plenty of restaurants, though a few major ones I had tried before have closed. The overall crowd has decreased, but weekends still see heavy traffic. During the weekend, there's a vendor offering train rides for young train enthusiasts!!! There's plenty of parking spaces, but difficult to find during the weekend. Especially, most people tend to park in the "front half" of the circling around Krispy Kreme, Nordstrom and Lucky Strike, so keep driving toward other sections to increase your chances of finding a space. There's more people windows shopping than folks carrying bags of their purchases. read more

Outlets at Orange have been a SoCal staple for years and have a decent amount of stores which have stuck around but others which have turned over during the years. You've got your general department store outlet options (ie Bloomingdales and Nordstrom Rack) but also other stores like f21 and Hollister. Depending on what you're looking for you could consider the selection of stores and items to be decent but it's a bit of a hodgepodge. There are restaurants and an AMC theater along with several other things for families to enjoy (the train that goes around is a nice touch, but with admission tickets needed). Parking is plentiful but not necessarily central - you have to park in one area and go around the outlet (maybe cut through the middle) to get to your car. Service across the stores is what you can typically expect at a mall. read more

You can find some brands that most likely outlets have but you get that great service. The selection of stores are ok but Ofcourse not like Citadel. There is always great promotions are going on. It's s fun place to spend time. Drink your coffee and shopping in your own pace. There is no rush in this place and the value of products you get its worth to come to this place. There is a plenty of parking outside and ive never had a hard time to find a parking spot. read more

I came to the outlets to see what deals were available. I can confirm the deals were here! Most of the stores had 40% to 50% off on the winter apparel and some of the spring items. No long lines to enter the stores. Parking was plentiful. The outlet has great eateries to choose from. The sales associates in each of the stores were attentive. It's like a big mall but out side big change then a in door mall. There a lot to shop there. I am person that loves collect able stuff. I seen a lot of store here. Funko pops to characters plus anime stuff. There basic stores you will see in any mall. There a lot of food vendors and restaurants. I would recommend this outlet store. For anyone that likes to walk around get some exercise with some sun. Plus there a lot of food restaurants to eat from and vendors. Besides shopping in Downtown Disney when you're at Disneyland, I recommend checking out The Outlets at Orange, where is just a 10-minute drive away. This outlet mall has a variety of brands, with a focus on sports and affordable brands. If you enjoy treasure hunting and browsing for deals, this outlet mall is perfect for you, as some prices are quite reasonable. There are also a AMC movie theater, few restaurants and drink/snack shops. Most items have significant discounts. If you really buy too much stuff, there's a Samsonite suitcase store to save you from hassle. I found a T-shirt at Banana Republic Factory Store for $15, a DKNY sports shirt for $15.3, and a Columbia winter jacket on sale for around $40. For those with smaller figures and foot sizes, you might even fit into kids' shoes sizes, which are even cheaper. Saks Off 5th has a comfortable shopping environment with nice dresses, sunglasses, and accessories, including some designer items. Nordstrom Rack offers discounted shoes and bags, while Neiman Marcus Last Call has some formal wear and accessories. If you get tired, there's a Starbucks and Jamba Juice for a quick rest, or Panda Express for some Chinese food. I grabbed a Wetzel's Pretzel when I got hungry. The mall isn't huge, but it's not small either. I didn't manage to explore it all, but I believe visitors can definitely spend at least half a day there. And there are plenty of parking spots. Shopping in Orange County, California... We had some time between "meetings", so Angel and I decided to check out The Outlets at Orange. I think I was here a long time ago for a Yelp Event. There were so many vendors and Yelpers. I believe that my plus one was Van D. How do I remember that? Because we have evidence from the photo booth! Anyway, besides the fond memories of this Outlet, they have some great stores and cute merchandise. I checked the Nike Outlet, and they had the cute Hello Kitty x Nike collaboration sneaker in Men's sizes. We also checked out BoxLunch and almost got matching Hello Kitty wallets (with scratch and sniff feature), but there was only one wallet, so we passed. I did patronize an outdoor kiosk that had a good deal on Hello Kitty bracelets. Angel got the silver bracelet, and I got the gold one - in preparation for Yelp's Golden Hour Event on 9-24-23. LOL! They had a nice mix of stores at this Outlet. They had the usuals such as Nike and Adidas. They had a few different ones that aren't at every outlet such as American Eagle and Ann Taylor. I was surprised to see Aeropostale. I thought their stores had closed. It was interesting walking around to see the different stores. They had a few vendors selling out of kiosks. Nadine found one that sold Hello Kitty stuff. She bought us matching Hello Kitty bracelets. We also went into BoxLunch. They have the cutest merchandise. We found a scented wallet that we wanted. to get. They only had one left on the display, so we didn't end up getting it. read more

Man, gotta love the Outlets of Orange. I have been coming here for years when it was the Block Of Orange. My girlfriend loves it here too. She come here with her Fullerton crew when I am not around lol. Well , she lives in Fullerton with her girlfriends and they come here all the time. They have lots of clothing stores here, and good tasting restaurants.. There are also some new places here everytime I visit. They have live open bars, and they have curfews for young folks on the weekends and weekdays. Great security here for parking. I just love this place. Always have. read more

Not a lot going on store wise and far from outlet prices in most stores. Nike outlet had four pairs of shoes over a size 12 on the wall.

Too few public restrooms. Two thrones per. Come on. It's possible I just don't like corporate owned consumerism.

One of the last places we stopped before reaching our final destination was here to get a few more things to extend my stay in California. I ended up needed a few things and on our travel from San Diego up I found that this place was pretty near to wear we were ending. With this destination set for us we made our way here. Parking was easy as we parked pretty near to the one store that I had to stop at and we made our way that way. This place, even though it was labelled as a outlet mall, is really not an outlet mall. I hate when all these places come off as this, but they aren't. Just a group of stores put together to be a mall, not an outlet mall. It is a bit of a sprawling complex, but easy to find your way about. I knew where I needed to go, but it was still a bit of a walk to get there. When I finally did get there and got what I needed, it was just a bit of a stroll to browse what else was here. It felt like a maze at one point, but it was also a nice place to just loose yourself for a bit before turning back to reality. read more

Visiting The Outlets at Orange was such a fun and exciting experience. I went there with someone and immediately noticed how many teenagers were enjoying the shops restaurants and indoor skate park. The atmosphere was vibrant and energetic with music and movement everywhere. Teenagers would love how stylish and lively it feels because there is always something happening. The service in the stores and food spots was friendly and efficient which made everything easy. The value was great because there were outlet deals and combo meals that made it affordable. The quality of the stores and skate park was high and everything felt fresh and modern. The selection was huge with something for every interest from fashion to food to entertainment. I only visited once before writing this review but it felt like a perfect destination for teenagers. Teenagers would love it because it is trendy fun and packed with options. read more

I've been coming here for years since it's so convenient for me my family and friends, I recently in December on 2025 came here to have dinner at one of the restaurants and to walk around while enjoying the evening to our disappointment there was no Christmas vibe, there was no decorations anywhere, it was on a Friday, it was dead zilch nothing, best to go to Irvine spectrum, fashion island, garden walk, much better choices. I will always refer to this outside mall as The Block. That was its original name back in the 90's when it first opened. It's been known for the biggest AMC theater with 30 screens. Since then, it's become an outlet mall with discount retailers from Nike, Adidas, Puma, Off Broadway and many by more. They just made a big change in knocking down the El Torito, soon to be replaced with an In-N-Out. I can't wait to have a great burger option here! read more

The Outlets at Orange, AKA The Block during our high school days has pretty much remained the same. Hubby and I have not been back since before the pandemic, so we were curious to see how much has changed. We brought our little pug along with us too. Overall, this outlet has remained the same. A lot of the same stores and the AMC are all still here. The outlet itself still draws large crowds on the weekend.
