The office has emailed us 50% off coupons for Marco's pizza, thrown resident appreciation parties, and never makes the residents feel like they are bothering them or an inconvenience. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and expedient! I've had to use the courtesy office to obtain a key after-hours and he was here quickly. I found it impressive that this property seals their grout in the shower so there are no icky mold stains at all!! Amenities: Newly renovated business center with printing and free tea and coffee (Keurig) 2 pools and a hot tub 24 hour fitness center (2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, weight station, TV.) Frontier FiOS or Spectrum internet Option to pay rent online, in person, or night drop off Outside storage Several unique floor plans Atmosphere: This is a quiet complex, BUT in my unit I can hear the planes going to and fro. It doesn't bother me, but I've grown up around air strips and places with artillery fire. The neighbors are friendly. What I love most about my unit: The kitchen! I knew I left some curtain hangers up, I knew a cabinet it the kitchen had a little damage and with me having two little girls, there would be some minor things that would be repaired. I get my report after leaving and those little screws and small wall damage is costing me over $600 dollars. They claim the paint is $500 plus and I'm being charged for cracks in the walls (foundational issues). They claimed I didn't leave their valet trash bin, I DID! Not to mention I took a video when I left. I'm being charged $1259!!!! I left bc I lost my job and couldn't afford it anymore, but how the hell do they want me to pay this?! 10 days after I left????? I'm going to post the video just to show how clean the unit was!! I still had a table in there bc my dad had to take it apart and pick it up, but the place was spotless! Oh they made me pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned before leaving also! I'm mind boggled at how they can do something like this! I've lived at several other apartments and NOT ONCE did the place charge me over the deposit. I've called and called trying to get a hold of someone, left messages and NO CALL BACK. I'm disgusted with this place. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!!!

I've only been in my new unit for less than two weeks, and nearly every issue I reported has either been ignored or closed without being resolved. Both tubs were clogged with globs of hair, the kitchen cabinets have pieces hanging off as if they're about to fall, there is no water pressure in the master bath, and the front door sticks badly. Despite submitting work orders, maintenance closed them out without completing any of the repairs. Over the weekend I also discovered that the AC doesn't work, my thermostat is set at 65, but it's still unbearably hot inside. On top of that, the dishwasher doesn't even appear to be connected. The only positive experience I've had was with Nakala, but unfortunately, the service and responsiveness stopped there. I've spoken with multiple staff members, and nothing has been done. Maintenance also enters without knocking, which I find completely unacceptable, especially since I've made it clear that I do not want anyone in my apartment if I am not present. I am very disappointed with how this property is being managed and hope ownership takes a serious look at how residents' needs and concerns are being handled. I will not be submitting anymore work orders. Also the tubs were not resurfaced and the tiles were not cleaned in either restroom, awful experience to say the least.

Until, Stephanie came along setting the trend being Phenomenal.She is very professional and caring. Her actions line up with her beautiful Spirit. Prompt and will get the job done. Not to mention she is very respectful, kind, considerate it is not enough words in the dictionary to describe her. I would tell anyone to try Hunter's Creek beyond a shout of doubt. I left only to start fresh from my past nothing to do with anyone at the property. I would return without any questions loved the atmosphere floorplan, etc. Next, Kennedy is remarkable as well such a beautiful Spirit, respectful, kind , thoughtful, and prompt on handling business also. Not enough words to describe these two. If looking for a place check them out for sure. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the maintenance supervisor is Awesome, beautiful soul. Already missed being there. I pray God continue to use them as his servants because he chose great when he picked all three of them!!!!! I am used to elevators, not a fan of the stairs, especially since my dog is elderly. The walls are thin, you can hear everything. I recv'd a complaint that my neighbor hears me closing my cabinets, putting away my dishes and my dog playing with his toys late at night...LOL...My dog is blind and has no toys first of all, second, if you have an issue with me closing my cabinet doors and me putting away my dishes then the problem is you, but the walls are thin. They have new management every couple of months it seems. I have never went down to the office and found the same staff from manager to leasing guys, never. They barely return calls or emails now, they used to with last mgmt and staff. The are not customer service friendly nor welcoming and don't care. I stayed at my last to apartments over 4yrs because they had such great staffs and community friendly and genuinely cared about their tenants. I will definitely be moving out when my lease is up here soon...it can't come any faster. My packages get stolen weekly because they delivery people leave out packages out for anyone to take and the mailroom door is NOT locked. The gates work when they want to, so open a lot of times for anyone to come in and out. Fobs work when they want to. Maintenance are great and prompt! They have so many hidden fees that you need to watch out! Make sure if you move here you read the lease page by page there is a hidden monthly fee in there that I wasn't aware of because they have you sign everything online and not in the office. This way they hold you responsible for them not being forth-coming and transparent. Luckily, I found it 2mos, after reading my lease to find out about transferring. I immediately called the company they had been charging me. I am positive no one probably knows about this charge. They also charge you for cable/internet ($75 or 80/mo). I still haven't used my cable and I have been here over a year. I asked if I have to use the service and they said yes. The don't provide for light bulbs, I think they will provide one free one - LOL. Hence, I have not called about the one out since like 4mos ago. I don't know about parking issues because I work from home and when I go out my friends pick me up. Again maintenance are some of the best! I would not recommend IF you are wanting a leasing staff that cares and wants you to stay. People move out all the time and they too say they couldn't wait. They lock you in a lengthy lease, which is why I am STILL here. :(... If the staff wasn't so ...I would think a bit longer and might've renewed, but I will NOT give my money to anyone that doesn't lookout for my best.

For an extended period of time, I've experienced ongoing nighttime vibration/noise disturbances that have affected my sleep and quality of life. The situation has become stressful enough that I've temporarily had to sleep in my living room area just to feel more comfortable. I have reported the issue through the proper channels and documented what I've experienced. I'm hoping management will fully investigate and resolve the situation appropriately. My intention is not to create conflict with anyone -- only to share my honest experience and hopefully encourage better attention to resident concerns and peaceful living conditions.

I feel safe here and the location is the best as it is close to restaurants, groceries & pharmacy stores as well as entertainment areas, also to the River Walk. Although through the years that I have been living here the office staff and maintenance crew have changed I feel that everyone has done a fantastic job especially the current ones. the manager Iris De Luna, the assistant manager Mario and Cassandra running the office are very attentive, helpful and caring. They have tried to keep the residents involved offering more activities. The maintenance crew responds in a very timely manner to my requests when needed. Over the years management have updated our bathroom mirrors, our kitchen faucet, wine cooler, cooling/heating units, etc. They offer reserved garages for a nominal fee and they continually maintain the general parking area. I am pleased to call this once again my home!
